    The product itself was fine. What was NOT fine was getting and being billed for TWO TV sets, not one, and having to bring one back to the store. The manager, Pedro Del Orbe, refused to give us a receipt for the returned TV. I am letting Chase Bank take care of Best Buy's error and trust there will be no further problems.
