The tv came in perfect condition with lots of foam protection. The tv was light enough for me to hold up wile my friend mounted it. The quality is great and the sound isn’t bad at all. I like how it had come with some port adapters.

This TV is worth the buy. I love the setup, and it's added features. It is pretty easy to operate, and setup with your Google very helpful, and quick setup. It is an Android TV, and works well with your Android Smartphone.

Love the tv. Good color, picture, and sound. A little issue with remote apparently tcl tv's won't pair with universal or cable remotes. So buy an extra remote for when you lose this small remote. Otherwise, I love the tv.

Really like this TV. It set up really easily and the picture is great. We noticed a little problem with the volume in that it seems really loud sometimes and we seem to be turning it down a lot. But otherwise we love it!!

Love this tv. Ive purchased multiple in different sizes. I got tired of lg deleting apps from their store and the picture quality is very good. Its cheaper than other high end models without sacrificing quality

Good Picture, decently bright for a budget UHD TV. Decent colors, good motion clarity. Android TV is a little slow, but that's par for the course with that platform. Overall a great budget buy.

The picture on this set in crisp. The colors are vibrant. I have not noticed any slow response times as others have stated. I really like the apps that come on it and the ability to add more apps to it as needed.

Setup was a breeze and the Android OS is easy to understand, even for Apple natives. Kids processed everything quickly. I did have to factory reset my Xfinity remote to get it to control TV functions, and the remote TCL shipped with the TV wouldn't pair for voice control, but the company replaced the remote quickly during the holidays and now everything functions perfectly. New apps install quickly and there is very little lag switching between functions. I know it's not a high-end showpiece TV, but we're on a budget and it's much better than some of our other low-end TV purchases.

I researched this size for months and this was one of the top at this price point. Set up is simple. I have enjoyed it for the most part so far. The only 2 issues I have is with the speakers as far as where they project. I feel that I will need to purchase a set of speakers and hook them up in order to get good sound that's distributed evenly. The other is the remote. It is NOT user friendly and DOES NOT have a MUTE button. There are many buttons on it that have no labels and not easy to understand. I also don't like it asking me if I'm sure I want to turn it off when I go to turn it off. That's pretty self explanatory IMO!! They need to totally redesign it. Otherwise, it's doing great so far.

AT&T. I just got this TV. For the most part I really like it so far. There is one issue that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere and want anyone else considering it to be aware of. Since this TV runs on Android OS, AT&T TV is no longer (or hopefully just currently) available as a compatible app. The workaround is to use the AT&T TV App on my phone and Chromecast it to the TV, however that so far in my experience results in frequent buffering. Again, this is an Android TV OS issue and would be applicable to all TV running that. From what I can determine, it's on AT&T's end since they have an Android TV Box they want you to use now, instead. EVERYTHING else about the TV has been great for my needs. YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc...all work great and look great.

I have a TCL Roku TV and was hesitant to go with this TCL Android but.. I actually like it better! Easy set-up, great quality, especially in this price range. So far, love everything about it! Highly recommend.

Great TV for the money. Spent 2K on a Sony Bravo tv several years ago. This tv's picture quality is just as good. Ruku is easy to operate. for 250 it's a great option for that extra bedroom, workout room, etc.

This was my son's birthday present this year and we couldn't be happier. Such a nice picture and such a great price. You can't go wrong with this TV! The Android TV interact is also very user friendly.

Picture quality is pretty good. For the price, id buy another of these. The OS is pretty snappy and responsive. The only con is its 60hz, which i knew when buying it.

This is a great TV for the price. Was able to get all the channels and apps added that I normal use on it and was able to get everything set up very quickly. No complaints at all on it so far.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this TV and found this one to be the best for my needs. Rating was excellent, price was excellent and picking it up was easy. I received 50% off for them to do an "in-house" set-up" and training me how to use it as this was already on sale and included the 20% discount as I'm a Geek Squad member. It was scheduled quickly. The technician who did it was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and competent, especially with some challenging conditions. He's a valued employee and is the right person in the right place! Many thanks to all of your employees who were involved as it made this purchasing and installation processes so much easier! And, I'm loving my new TV now!

Very nice TV. We had it mounted on the wall in the bedroom for late night viewing. Has a great picture - clear and excellent color. Cannot comment on the sound, as I watch with earbuds while hubby sleeps.

Good picture quality and easy to set up and use. TV would not turn on a few weeks after using. We disconnected and connected it and then it worked again. We are hoping this will not keep happening.

affordable and great picture. very happy with ease of use and installation. i needed to buy Roku to hook up with my Peloton. picture is very good. i also bought sound bar that makes it much better.
