    My daughter had the TCL with Roku so since this was my first smart tv, I assumed it came with Roku. Anyway, it's a nice tv but the picture quality was better on my Sharp Aquos.

    You know...it looks nice. It sounds nice. But the software is clunky and slow. I wouldn't recommend this TV to someone who has more money to buy a better one.

    The picture on this TV is nice however it is very slow. I don’t have cable and use Hulu or Netflix to watch things and it’s always lagging and freezing. Also when I pause a program and walk away it will start over from the beginning when I come back instead of picking up where I left off because of the poor connectivity. I’m not happy with this purchase.

    TV arrived smashed, was obviously shipped that way

    Arrived smashed. The box was taped up and obviously fixed before shipping. I drove around to 3 Best Buy in a snow storm until I found one that actually had this TV. Got the last box displayed even though BB reported 18 at that store. I should have kept the smashed TV to use as a shovel to dig my car out of the snow on the way home. We love the TV though. It’s awesome. Best TV I’ve ever owned.

    I was a little disappointed with the picture quality. I’ve have several TCL TV’s before, and this one by far was not the best. It’s ok and not bad for the price.

    I've only had this TCL TV for a year and a half and it died two weeks ago. It will not power on and nothing resets it. Even before this, I've had to unplug it, reset it, or reinstall apps to get them to work. This is the only TV that has given me this amount of trouble. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Drops channels on antenna more then my old Visio ..liked Visio remote more then tcl. But wifi works well ..it's ok for the price and I'm on fixed income .

    Poor picture quality when watching sports. A majority of channels was a small picture then you have to stretch it after a while bit becomes a nuisance...

    Like the tv, only issue is if you ever lose the remote good luck finding an app that is compatible like the Roku tvs.

    Good value for the money. Decent screen. Easy to network. Android OS is annoying. No Apple Plus. Wont synch with our Spectrum remote. Would not buy again.

    Cheap quality. Legs are very poor quality. If you're looking for just a big tv and dont care much about quality this is just what you're looking for.

    The tv we purchased made a humming sound from day one and had to be replaced. TCL was great to work with and replaced it right away.

    The tv is nice but the remote doesn’t connect to my cable so that I can turn my channel when watching cable tv. The picture is also a little blurry.

      Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tcl.com/us-remote-codes for more information. If you do not see your specific remote, you would need to contact the remote's manufacturer to obtain the remote code from them. However, this TV does not currently support the direct input on channel numbers for antenna TV. Hope this helps!

    TV has a good picture….otherwise it’s garbage!! Google and android are frustratingly slow. AOL dial up slow. Won’t load the apps half of the time and it constantly says it’s connected to the Wi-Fi yet won’t connect. Roku is infinitely better and wish I’d never bought this hunk of junk!
