    We have have purchased four tcl televisions and have had problems with every single one of them. One with lines in the screen, one the screen went black on, remote issues, etc. won’t buy another one.

    T.V. started to have pixel dead spots a little over a year of owning it. Also the app systems are very glitchy. I have been trying to use my Geek Squad coverage to see what options I have for fixing these issues/getting a replacement but they have not been helpful either.

    Not the TCL I'm used to....

    Normally have good experiences with TCL but this was not one of them. The corners were dark, had about 10 dead pixels that were pretty noticeable and the Android TV is awful compared to the Roku. I returned this and got the BestBuy Insignia Roku in 55"....considerably better outcome. Not a fan of this particular TCL.

    Never again w/Android

    I am so disappointed in this product. I have purchased other smart TV's and just basically plugged in and was good to go. NOT this one. Couldn't figure out how to download Spectrum (our cable) that we pay over $200 monthly for. Called them, sorry Spectrum isn't supported. Whoa! Recommended I add a Spectrum box. No thats not why I bought a "smart TV". Want to avoid all the boxes and cables. Yes there are several apps but I don't want to search for 2 hours to figure out how to use. Have purchases Roku smart Tvs and had no problems. Totally regretting this purchase. To make matters worse. Purchased this early Jan for a room redo and just today completed painting to set room straight. Best Buy policy for returns is 15 days even though I just opened it up today. Horrible TV!! Plus Google can now trace what you watch on TV. Sickos.

    Wifi Issues

    This television has Wifi issues. Every time I turn on the TV, I have to restart it at least once or twice for the Wifi to connect. I have tried troubleshooting with Best Buy and TCL support teams but the steps only work temporarily. Really disappointed with the purchase.
