Came cracked in the back

Horrible experience.

It is sluggish, and slow to respond to any command. Besides, every time I turn on the TV, the WiFi is always disconnected. I don’t recommend this brand or their TVs ever. Customer service didn’t do anything despite the repeated complaints about this TV. I will throw it out and never buy their brand ever again.

Don't buy this garbage, a total waste of money

Definitely not worth buying.

loud whistle

Cheap, I would not buy again

Horrible experience

I already made a complaint to Prograeeive a leasing but there is no way an employee should make a customer feel less or think they are stupid because they used progressive leasing. After I left I felt humiliated. I even needed to take a part back but didn’t because of how low the employees made me feel.

Horrible customer service

They canceled and no showed twice then decided my tv wasn’t worth coming to look at so they opted to replace it. I bought it on a flash sale for a great price. They offered a return which was unsatisfactory since they wasted 2 days by no call no showing to my appt. Don’t waste your money on a warranty

Not Worth it

Took me a couple days to notice the screen was messed up, and had splotchy section where the color was lighter than the other sections of the TV. You could only notice it when the screen was dark. Had to return, traded for Samsung TV which is way better quality and I have not had any issues. Just spend more money for a well known brand

BUYER BEWARE DONT GET TCL PRODUCTS

This is what I get for buying a cheap brand. Less than two years of ownership and the tv WONT EVEN TURN ON. I would give 0 stars if I could and tcl could care less or try to help. Budget friendly Android TV!

Sometimes a little oversharpening happens but you can change the settings accordingly. The only downside is the operating system which is not very smooth. App updates take time and OS update is rare (got probably one update in the last 3 years). Casting (web or chrome) works great!

DON'T BUY THIS TV.

Looked up this problem online and i found hundreds of people with the same problem with the same model #TCL 50S434 LED 2160P SMART 4K This tv should have a recall or a free fix for this one problem that every consumer has had or is going to have.
