Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Poor design and experience

It turns off or takes you to the Home screen repeatedly. The wifi receiver may be shielded or poorly integrated. When you want to turn it off it prompts you to a menu vs just turning Off. Power light also flickers all night. Disturbing.

Faulty TV right out of box

The individual was so excited to win this large TV. Unfortunately, this TCL LED 50 inches smart TV is not that smart. It is faulty right out of the Box. We are working with Best Buy associate to resolve this unfortunate issue. Not a working tv for us to report anything :(

Save your money.

I can never get through watching a show without it quitting an app or freezing. Complete waste of money!! I’ve had to restore factory settings to get it to work twice after it would open any applications.

Won’t Turn On

I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip online and it still will not turn on. The TV is less than 14 months old so just outside of the warranty period.

Either defected or just poor product

17 months and it doesn’t work anymore.

I called TCL for a fix and nothing worked. They recommended I have a technician come out and fix it. I won’t by a TCL ever again.

ATT TVNow not supported on android TV

(Which I don’t know) So it was worthless to me. I thought all TCL TVs were Roku but I was wrong and now I know. Make sure you know what apps work with android TV verse Roku.

Not that good

I upgraded to a LG Nano and that was almost double the price but well worth it and PS5 ready with HMBI 2.1
