    Great picture and has plenty of apps that you can download. Perfect for a livingroom and bedroom tv. Sometimes the response time to the remote is a little delayed and you have to hold the power button down and then select power off to completely shut it off. Overall a great tv for the price!

    Somehow the Ethernet connection is less than half the speed of Wifi (which isn't great to begin with). Called tech support, they told me "if you're getting WiFi nothing is wrong with the TV" and then hung up on me. Beware.

    Worst TV I have ever owned. Owned it just a year and already replacing it. All apps crash. TV restarts randomly. Color and sound are junk. Buy any other TV.

    It was a cool tv for sure and inexpensive even for 4K but only after owning it for three months all the HDMI ports became inoperable. The reason I got that tv was for gaming and now I can’t even do that on it.

    Poor back lighting

    The backlighting on the TV is very poor.there is very visible and noticeable discoloration in the top center of the TV. If I knew it was going to look like this I would have spent more money. I would not recommend.

    Crap to set up. Android tv is bad.

    Bought for my parents. I thought it was a roku TV. Android tv does not have a satellite option for setup, and cannot get through to TCL help on how to get the channels. Do not get an android tv....

    The HDMI port does not work. As a result, I cannot watch my cable TV. The pre-installed apps works because I can watch on my wifi. I would not recommend this TV. I've only had it for 5 months

    So far not happy. Was told disney plus was part of the app package and after set up it says it is not available for this deceive and also is not Play Protection certified by google.

    Terrible turns off on its own, trouble connecting to WiFi, activating the sleep timer is an absolute chore. Spend the extra money and get a quality tv. TRASH!

    Purchased this TV for my mother's birthday. Tv only worked for 1 week. My mom tried to exchange it and customer service refused because she threw her box away.
