Had not heard of TCL, did some research and found many positive reviews. Picture is very colorful and clear. Using the Google account made setup of the TV easy. TV weight is light enough for one person to lift and made it easy for two people lifting up to wall mount the TV.

The remote sucks.. it really sucks at night cause you need a bright light in to see what buttons to push Or Braille. Lighted remote may have gotten you 4 stars. For the price I guess it’s ok. It’s a nice big tv.

The Tv is really good and the only reason it is not great is that sometimes when I turn it off and try to turn it on again within a few minutes it don’t so I have to wait a little long to turn it on, other than that it’s a good smart tv

For what your paying for this is very good . Very good sound almost sometimes it packs more of a punch of sound your gonna want to lower it . Very high resolution when watching even basic cable . Very recommended tv for those who are in a tight budget

The last tv I had was 720p so this is a pretty good upgrade for me. The quality looks good and it has all the apps I use. I like the remote and that it has voice control. The only negative I saw was that when there is a lot of motion I think there is some motion blur.

Couldn't beat the price...229. Sometimes it has weird quirks like it takes a little bit to load certain apps. When we first set up the TV, it was slow starting. But overall it seems to work fine. Picture looks great, love having 4K at such an affordable price!

I bought for gaming purposes and the results are varied. I think isn't that perfect to play games on it for its 60hz, however, games have never looked so good in 4K and with HDR. Tip: Don't move your TV while is On, because the screen glitches for some reason

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Excellent picture quality and sound. I would highly recommend this for a bedroom or smaller space where you are looking for a TV. The built in Google assistant and voice recognition remote are nice features.

Great price if you are looking to jump from 1080p to 4k at a reasonable price range. Is not as clear as a more expensive 4k tv would be but it is a great buy as I have really enjoyed my transition from 1080p.

I bought this TV after multiple friends recommended the brand. TCL has solid quality, and I love the tiny bezels. This TV looks and feels great, and was a breeze to set up. Highly recommended base on cost / quality alone, but really it's an all-around great TV.

Purchased for AirBnB I own, The TV is easy to use and has a good picture and good enough sound for where it's installed (bedroom). Also, apps are fairly responsive. I also own Roku TCL TVs and I prefer that system.

I was hesitant to purchase this TV because I usually only buy Samsung TVs. I purchased this for my son. He’s young but we watch movies on it and play PlayStation on it together. The picture is great, especially surprising since it’s not a name brand TV.

TCL-50 inch Roku Tv is the way to go, if you are looking for a good picture and functionality originally purchased the 50 inch TCL Android TV major difference is not having the Roku, go the Roku tv all the features of Roku for a few bucks more. Great bedroom TV

I love this TV. The user interphase is great!!! Everything makes sense on the remote. No effort recalling what buttons to push to get where you want. I spent a couple of days calibating for a good picture but it was worth it. Great 50" Android TV for $229.99!

Honestly, I wasn't sure...great price, uncertain about the brand. Thus far, it's been a fantastic picture. Good sound and picture. It's huge! I would recommend highly. Mind you, I'm not an audiophile or master TV watcher. This TV gets the job done well for me.

Great TV for the price. I bought a high end Samsung 2 years ago. It died. I researched online and found flat screens died quick. No more!!! $250 for a 50" inch TV with great picture, apps and user interface. BEWARE, TCL TV'S DO NOT WORK WITH ALEXA IN THE U.S.

Got this for $150 around the black friday deals, I can tell you its better than most if not all around its price. Quality is great, sound is great, Android OS is not well known around but its far better than FIRE TV and Roku for sure. Worth it.

Very happy with this tv, baught for the guest room but ended up in master room. Great picture and sound. Price was absolutely well worth it. Got a great sale. Only down fall is it takes a bit longer to come on but well worth the extra 10 seconds or less.

I'am very happy with the TCL 50" tv that I purchased from Best Buy. It has very good picture quality and the sound is good from the built in speakers. The only complaint that I have is that is no way to check the current time while watching a program.

This TCL arrived in a timely manner the box was perfect and the TV was very easy to unpack and set up. Probably round 15 minutes. The sound is good the picture is very good.
