Great Merchandise-Delivery Service Not So Good!!

The surprise was "SPOILED"!!! I kept getting the run around about the delivery, spoke to supervisors, supervisors say I'm sorry let me give you a credit. Low and behold the credit never happens. I guess this is what you get when they are the only thing in town. Don't get me wrong I like bestbuy ,its the unreliable people they hire for delivery. 3 times in a row messed surprise gifts. The television is fine, there was a problem with delivering timely.
