I'm a 55-year-old single lady who isn't particularly tech-savvy and I absolutely love this TV, my first new TV in 14 years. Although it arrived in a large box, the TV was light and easy for me to assemble and place on my TV stand. Setup was a breeze. Once you plug it in, the TV does all the work. Your part is pushing a few buttons and entering your WiFi and Google account information. It was truly fantastic. I had the TV working and all my streaming apps connected within about 15 minutes...Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, even my Food Network and news apps were easy to find and install. Picture-wise, I'm super happy. I upgraded from a 2006 model 42" Vizio, so my new TV is a delight. If you're a big TV watcher and into the latest technology, you might have a few complaints. My 30-something sons have much fancier TVs with wider viewing angles and life-like pictures. But they also paid about 10 times what I did and I wouldn't say their TVs are 10 times better than mine. I love a good bargain and this was definitely that. Especially because now that I've enjoyed it in my home for about a month, I would probably pay at least twice as much for this TV. It's been everything I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I can't speak to durability since it's a new purchase, but nothing about it feels cheap, so I expect it will be my companion for the next 10 years.

I've owned this TV for almost a month. I am using a chromecast to stream video to it. I have been very impressed with the sound and the picture of this TV. It is pretty amazing that for less than $300 you can get a smart TV of this size. I would recommend. The android interface is great. I almost bought the roku version, but very happy I ended up picking this one. The remote works great as well.

Excellent picture and sound. Very lightweight. Lots of preloaded apps. 1st 4K tv I have purchased and I have to say the picture quality is completely amazing. Bought tv for my bedroom... didn’t want to spend a lot of money... did not expect the picture to be this amazing! I don’t have cable; I use an antenna and actually get a better picture than I thought possible.

We don’t have Android phones but we do have this to with the Android operating system. I think most people don’t think that’s possible and it’s probably why the price is so much lower! It’s a great TV. Love the easiness of the apps. Color, clarity, simple remote, love it all. Sound is good but if you want it loud and movie theater worthy, you’d need a sound bar.

This TV is exceptional; picture quality is excellent and it works wonderfully. So happy I chose this TV; first android I have had. It has so many apps and is extremely friendly user. I wasn’t for sure if I myself would find it difficult as my other smart TV is just a regular smart tv. Best Buy is such a great place to shop; service is great!!

An amazing TV for the price! And Best Buy's free and very fast shipping is always a plus. I wasn't sure if a 50" screen would be too big for the bedroom but it's actually perfect. It's nice to not have to quint to see subtitles. :-) The only issues I have are the interface and the remote. Perhaps it's because I am used to Roku, I find the interface a little clunky to navigate right now. The remote issue I have is with rewinding and fast forwarding--you have to press a middle button before you begin rewinding or fast forwarding so it ends up not being precise. But at the price, I can't quibble. And this Android TV has HBO Max which Roku does not. All in all, recommended!

This is a good overall television for the price. The picture quality is relatively good for only having a refresh rate of 60hz, but it's not as bright as I would like it to be. It also has a very low response time which makes for a pretty decent gaming experience. The android interface is very intuitive and I prefer it over the Roku interface. The tv is a little bit on the quiet side compared to other brands that I've used but it's good enough to get by. This tv isn't perfect but I think it's pretty good. If you want a 4K smart tv with good picture and a reasonable price then this is the tv for you.

Not what I expected from Google. The TCL TV panel is awesome. The very poorly designed remote is not at all intuitive. When you add this TV to your cable or Tivo remote, the "input" button only displays the input screen. Pressing input again does not advance to the next input like the TCL Roku TV's. So we must use multiple remotes. We have Cable box, Antenna, Tivo Mini, and CCTV connected to the 3 HDMI inputs and 1 coax tuner input. We switch between Antenna and Tivo often. That takes 5 button pushes. And the home screen seems to push the pay per view. It was purchased for the living room but I moved it to a bedroom. I have no complaints about the TV itself. Beautiful 4k VA panel. Great sound too. Which is why I also own 3 TCL Roku TV's.

Pretty good TV set. Has lasted me 2+ years with very little issues. For this price it has a gorgeous enough picture and a decent refresh rate. might have to tinker with some of the settings, but all in all I am no disappointed.

I ordered this TV online for curbside pickup, and collected it earlier than the date originally promised. Pickup at the Bailey's Crossroads location (VA) was smooth, efficient, and the wait time was less than expected. A perfect size television for a spacious bedroom and lightweight which allows it to be easily mounted or moved if needed. It has excellent picture quality and sound, and comes with free channels which allows you to reconsider any basic cable/satellite package. The remote takes some getting used to, but I love being able to search quickly using the voice activated feature. The popular streaming apps are already loaded, requiring only a simple login to start enjoying your favorite shows. Given the cost of the television, and with the reasonably priced 5-year standard Geek Squad protection that I purchased, I feel comfortable that I'll get my money's worth from this purchase. I would definitely recommend this TV to my friends and family.

This is a great size at a great price when it is on sale. It does kind of freeze up sometimes just turn it off and back on and it is fine. I do think I would get a Roku TV instead of android my sister has the roku and it seems to have less glotching and more channel options.

Decent tv overall. Overtime the tv becomes very slow and the wifi will stop connecting once every month or so, so you will have to do a full restart instead of fastON. The quality of the tv is nice and decent color.

Great quality, functionality, size, weight, compatibility, and affordable price. Upon plugging in tv did emit a “typical new product” electrical like smell, tv was unplugged for few days and has been working properly since.

I purchased this at Christmas for my teenage son. (The price was amazing!) He never expected anything this big...he loves it! Very Easy set up he did everything by himself..super quick connecting to our cable! excellent picture! Should have bought 2!

For an inexpensive TV (read cheap), this TV does exactly what it should, and more. I followed the set up video from Best Buy, and unpacked it carefully, screwed in the feet and clicked the remote. Couldn't be any easier! It has a very nice picture and good sound. This is not a fancy TV by any means, but I'm delighted to watch my shows on it. Oh and my dvd player has the older plugs, and this TV came with an adapter. That was easy to hook up also. For the price, you can't beat it! I did buy the protection plan, only because I had this shipped and didn't want to take any chances with it having any problems that might be caused by its transport. I got several emails and texts to alert me that my TV was going to be delivered. Pretty nice, considering that this is not an item you want left on your porch. And it arrived earlier than promised.

Pleasantly surprised with quality of product considering price I paid. It was perfect solution for me that just reverently canceled Cable TV and went streaming option for TV. With 4 K, I am able to use it as Computer Monitor when needed.

Very pleased with this tv. Sound and image is very clear. Love the remote control with google assistance. Tv is light weight and was very easy to install to my tv mount. Looking forward to purchase another tv in the future.

The quality of this TV is five stars. The speakers are so loud and the imagine excelente colors. The TV is very light and easy to lift, is something that I like and with my Android phone I can link to many features in my TV.
