Big Disappointment

Color saturation, brightness, contrast and overall quality are all over the place. The screen often darkens as though it's trying to find its brightness level. I play with advanced settings and I have to admit on the sports, it's pretty good. But on pre-recorded shows and movies, I have to work a lot to get them decent. By then I've wasted time that could have been spent watching the show. My mistake is that I thought I was getting a Roku set. When it was delivered and I found out it was Android (I hate anything to do with android) I was none too happy. But, that is on me. I'm looking for a way to dump this set and get a better one, but that will be very difficult on a Senior Citizen fixed income. The only reason didn't give the set a 1 star rating is because the sound quality is very good.

It originally connected to my Comcast internet. But within 3 weeks the hard drive defected and no longer connected to the internet. I called the store and was advised to bring it back for a new one. I returned it to the store and received another TV of the same kind. I connected the new TV and it worked fine.
