    Good picture for the price but the backlights went out after 18 months. It was not used too often: 5 - 10 hours a week.

    It’s a good tv, I mean it has everything you could possibly need on a TV from movies, shows, cable, voice command, all that. I do have dislikes about it though.. sometimes it’ll glitch or go slow on the main menu, voice command doesn’t always go through, the sound isn’t the best but tv sound is trash anyways, other than that it’s good. I recommend messing with the settings to see what kind you like best for quality picture my favorite is movie. mode

    still had old style direct tv box so had to order the audio connector online not available at best buy- other than that great picture , works great, easy set up

    It was ok for about 7 months. The last two months it was extremely slow, with button presses being delayed on the remote by 10+ seconds. Hit 9 months and it started having a screen flicker, which turns to a black screen. Seems like it’s a known issue with this model, do not buy. Luckily it’s before the year warranty so TCL is willing to refund it. This TV was on a mount the entire time, it never was taken down and had zero external factors that would’ve affected it.
