Do not buy: screen goes out within a year

The last two months it was extremely slow, with button presses being delayed on the remote by 10+ seconds. Hit 9 months and it started having a screen flicker, which turns to a black screen. Seems like it’s a known issue with this model, do not buy. Luckily it’s before the year warranty so TCL is willing to refund it. This TV was on a mount the entire time, it never was taken down and had zero external factors that would’ve affected it.

Picture quality is amazing unless you have “high tech” eyeballs that can tell the difference between 1080 and 720 at instant glance. I compared this one to my buddies 5 thousand dollar tv and honestly I didn’t see much a difference, picture looks amazing.

Great customer service! My first visit I purchased an Dryer which was quite a savings for us. This visit I purchased 2 televisions which are working great! I have shared my good fortune shopping at the outlet with several friends & neighbors. The next appliance or electronics I need, my 1st stop will be the outlet store.
