Terrible TV

This TV set has earned it. First one failed within the first 12-months. Best Buy, to their credit, replaced it. Replacement TV set failed about 18-months later. Same problem with both sets, the main board failed. In both cases, the TV software slowed down before the board failed. Really a terrible TV, and I would never buy another TCL after this experience.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Stopped Working after a year

I abe tried to search for ways to fix the issue but nothing helps. Apparently this is an issue with the TCL brand.

Okay for that price

Slow interface

TCL selling cheap and crap items

And lg model was 50 bucks more made wronf decision. I replaced this tv twice within 8 months. Screen and software arw buggy. Never ever buy TCL crap cheap. Now i will spend 60 bucks to buy extended warranty to cover next 2 year for replacement if it goes out of function. So think what i saved. Spent same price as lg and top of that harassment of having calls to tell them the story what happened to my tv and all.
