Do Not Buy!

In 2023 I started having issues with it. I called Best Buy to get help but they want to charge me to fix it. It is barely 2 years old. I would understand if it were 5 years. However, it was 1 year when I had the issues and now I am seeking help I am being charged a fee.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Sound and picture are both awesome. My only complaint is the light that comes on when the tv is turned off. It's like having a nightlight in my bedroom. I still plan to purchase another one!

You can turn off the Standby LED by following these steps:
1.) Power on TV with the remote.
2.) Press the "Gear" icon button on remote.
3.) Navigate to: Settings -> System -> Advanced Settings -> LED Standby
