TCL selling cheap and crap items

And lg model was 50 bucks more made wronf decision. I replaced this tv twice within 8 months. Screen and software arw buggy. Never ever buy TCL crap cheap. Now i will spend 60 bucks to buy extended warranty to cover next 2 year for replacement if it goes out of function. So think what i saved. Spent same price as lg and top of that harassment of having calls to tell them the story what happened to my tv and all.

Okay for that price

Sound and picture are both awesome. My only complaint is the light that comes on when the tv is turned off. It's like having a nightlight in my bedroom. I still plan to purchase another one!

You can turn off the Standby LED by following these steps:
1.) Power on TV with the remote.
2.) Press the "Gear" icon button on remote.
3.) Navigate to: Settings -> System -> Advanced Settings -> LED Standby

Do Not Buy!

In 2023 I started having issues with it. I called Best Buy to get help but they want to charge me to fix it. It is barely 2 years old. I would understand if it were 5 years. However, it was 1 year when I had the issues and now I am seeking help I am being charged a fee.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Fully loaded with features- search across all apps at once for show or movie, talk into your remote like an Alexa, screen casting, remote control from phone...you name it. Amazing value. Buy TCL products before they raise their prices!
