The guys putting it up did a great job showed me how to work it. I wouldn’t go any where else to buy a tv, computer or printer. Great customer service.

Buyers Beware Don't Do It-You Get What You Pay For

I purchased this TV to last me more than just 2yrs. I am so angry that this cheap piece of crap just stopped working two days ago, right past the 2yr mark. It was playing, then all of a sudden went black. This should be against the law. I am going to file a consumer report/complaint anyway.

The price was amazing for $299 that I purchased two. The set up was fast and easy and completed myself. Love it!

I am not disappointed, the picture is great. A little disappointed that the sound does not go louder but with a sound bar it worked out great.

I've always been a fan of android tv and the way it look and work. If I had one complaint it would be the fact that I can't use Samsung wireless Dex with android tv but besides that's it's amazing.

Nice TV but cannot load the Spectrum TV app

Only draw back is that google no longer supports for the Spectrum TV app. You can load the Spectrum app on an I phone or I pad and then use Airplay but both the I device and TV will need to be on your WiFi network

Don't Buy this tv!

Black screen, can hear sound. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, but none worked. I don't recommend buying this tv.

After about 9 months it's not working. It has a black screen with sound and now i have to have geek squad come out to repair it. DO NOT BUY

TCL KNOWS IT. THE TV COLOR/DISPLAY WENT OUT AFTER HAVING IT FOR 6 MONTHS. CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY YELLED THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME A REFURBISHED ONE. I SAID NO I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ONE SO SEND ME A NEW ONE. I TOLD THEM I WOULD REPORT THEM TO THE BBB BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THESE TV'S. THEY END UP OF SENDING ME A BRAND NEW ONE. IT HASNT EVEN BEEN 6 MONTHS FROM THEM SENDING ME ANOTHER ONE AND THIS ONE HAS NOW WENT OUT. WHICH MEANS I WRITING THE BBB NOW ANYWAY. MY BESTBUY WARRANTY HAS NOW EXPIRED WHICH MEANS I KNOW HAVE TO REPLACE THIS TV. THAT I TECHNICALLY DIDNT HAVE FOR EVEN A YEAR.

Great TV for the Price

The smart interface isn't the best I used, but ultimately got a Apple TV, so that doesn't really make a difference anymore.

The sound and the picture was good. I have had this TV for a little over a year (purchased March 2022) and it has now gone out. Just a black screen with the backlight on now, no interface at all.
