    Great quality. Clear screen and good colors. My TV is in the same room with a ton of windows and the natural light does not affect the brightness.

    Excellent tv, service was great. The guys putting it up did a great job showed me how to work it. I wouldn’t go any where else to buy a tv, computer or printer. Great customer service.

    After 6 months of usage, I can find the following pros and cons: Pros: - Good picture quality for the price Cons: - It came with a dead pixel - UI started to crash more than twice a week - Sound is not good I have to say I regret my purchase, I would recommend spending a few more bucks to get a better TV.

    After a very long wait, I finally received my television and it was everything the reviews offered. The picture is great, easy setup and just a very nice television for the price.

    The TCL 50” Tv was an excellent addition to my living room. The price was amazing for $299 that I purchased two. The set up was fast and easy and completed myself. Love it!

    Had never heard of this brand, but took a chance as it was on sale. I am not disappointed, the picture is great. A little disappointed that the sound does not go louder but with a sound bar it worked out great.

    I love this tv. I've always been a fan of android tv and the way it look and work. If I had one complaint it would be the fact that I can't use Samsung wireless Dex with android tv but besides that's it's amazing.

    For the price, the picture quality is good, but deactivate all things that use processing power, because the tv is really slow, so I would recommend just setting up and external smart tv device.

    This television is complete garbage. After about 9 months it's not working. It has a black screen with sound and now i have to have geek squad come out to repair it. Whatever you do DO NOT purchase this television you will be disappointed.

    TV lost picture after 10 months..it was the main TV for my elderly parents. Best Buy does not repair TCL you have to contact TCL go thru their test steps. They sent out a tech about 5 days later who could not fix it..TCL then told me they would send a new TV. I contacted them after 12 days to see why I haven't received the replacement. "We are sort, we don't have any available. We will just send you a check to refund you. " Here we are a month later and I finally received the check. Whole process from the start tool about 2 months. Will never buy or recommend TCL again

    Don't Buy this tv!

    I bought this tv in Feb., 2022. It "died" on April 10, 2022. Black screen, can hear sound. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, but none worked. I don't recommend buying this tv.

    No picture after warranty is gone.

    This was my first Google TV. I have others from TCL, but this one lasted just past the warranty and the picture decided to die. After researching the issue, I found it to be typical of this model. Leave it off for a day or so and it might give you a picture.

    Nice TV but cannot load the Spectrum TV app

    Works great nice price for a TV by the pool. Only draw back is that google no longer supports for the Spectrum TV app. You can load the Spectrum app on an I phone or I pad and then use Airplay but both the I device and TV will need to be on your WiFi network

    Great TV. Not much else to say. Not any better or worse that other TVs. Took some time to learn the remote and i still have trouble on occassion with finding programs that I want.

    When it worked, it was really good. The sound and the picture was good. I have had this TV for a little over a year (purchased March 2022) and it has now gone out. Just a black screen with the backlight on now, no interface at all.
