The quality is more then we could ask for and the sound that comes from this TV is amazing. Watching movies or videos in 4k is absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this TV.

Great budget TV

Picture quality is very good (at this price point). I got this TV in both a 43" and a 50". It is offered in both Roku or Android/ Google operating systems. I went with Google being an android user and I prefer that interface and its capabilities. If you prefer something simple and easy I would recommend the Roku version.

Defective TV

Then the TV randomly went out and stopped working. I had to unplug over night. It now goes out twice a week. I have never had a TV go out in under 2 years. This is unacceptable.

SCREEN WILL GO OUT WITHIN A YEAR

Within 7 months of owning it, the tv screen went out. Luckily, thanks to the warranty I was able to get a replacement. They sent me a refurbished tv promising it was perfect. I also had to go through the hassle of shipping my old tv back to them. Well in September of 2023, I started having lines on my tv and now it is a completely black screen. The screen will work for 30 seconds to a minute and then it’s completely black. Long story short, don’t buy TCL tvs. They are cheap, I get it. But it won’t last you and it is the biggest hassle in the world when it does go out. Spend a little more and get something that will last.

TLC braught online pick up at store never fixed it

BEWARE OF BEST BUY!!!

Seems to be a common problem

Had it for about a year and a half and suddenly about a week ago it stopped working. Screen is blank, sound still comes through. The first few times it happened I was able to get it to work by unplugging it, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in. Sounds like a lot of people have had this same problem pop up in the last month. The only thing more frustrating about a TV only lasting 18 months is trying to dispose of it. Buy the warranty. It's about the same cost as disposal.

Trouble
