    I bought one and my mom bought one. Mind went out after 8 months and my moms went out 3 months after purchace. Out of money just like that.

    Overall Rating is O. The TV died after 6 months! BEST BUY said they wouldn't do anything about it, nor would TCL (the manufacturer) BEWARE! I These 2 companies are not trustworthy !

    Worked fine for a few months but now has a dead pixel line. Has been used outdoors (in dry area) since the beginning, so perhaps the Florida heat killed it.

    I bought this tv in January of 2022. Within 7 months of owning it, the tv screen went out. Luckily, thanks to the warranty I was able to get a replacement. They sent me a refurbished tv promising it was perfect. I also had to go through the hassle of shipping my old tv back to them. Well in September of 2023, I started having lines on my tv and now it is a completely black screen. The screen will work for 30 seconds to a minute and then it’s completely black. Long story short, don’t buy TCL tvs. They are cheap, I get it. But it won’t last you and it is the biggest hassle in the world when it does go out. Spend a little more and get something that will last.

    This TV was the best deal I could find given the size and features. Chromecast works great through my phone (resolution depends if I stream from my phone, laptop, or tablet). Apps that are setup to run Chromecast have a perfect resolution! I had to purchase a model through the mail in certified excellent condition and was worried, but everything was perfect, just missing screws for the bottom leggings. Series 4 saved me some $$, as did finding a returned model in excellent condition. Best Buy shipped the product as described in a timely fashion, and also provide the same warranty as new models! I am pleased with this purchase!

    Not a big TV viewer so I didn't expect the picture (black screen- even after all of the troubleshooting ) to go out (sound still works) after a year and and a few months. Disappointed :(
