Cheap Product but is great while in use

Dont waste your money

Now 1yr later the tv has black screen and sound only. To make it worse i purchased geek squad protection tv went out sunday only appointment they have is next Saturday with a window between 7am and 7pm. Thanks bestbuy for making me wait a week and lock down my only weekend off.

Bought it for my dad and prefer it to my Apple TV to be honest. The volume and clarity on this TCL tv was really exceptional and something my father and I weren’t expecting. Def worth it and he’s super happy with the purchase.

Glad this TV is on clearance

However TCL warranty support shipped me a new upgraded TV within 3 days, and this TV works far better than the orignal i bought . Anybody under warrnry please reach out to them. It worked for me and i hope it works for you.
