    Great product, but lasted for about a year. The TV some day just went blank and I had to use the manufacturers warranty. The replacement eventually did the same. :(

    Google TV works pretty well on this tv. Bought it for my dad and prefer it to my Apple TV to be honest. The volume and clarity on this TCL tv was really exceptional and something my father and I weren’t expecting. Def worth it and he’s super happy with the purchase.

    Pretty decent Television. It has decent sound as well and the setup is easy through a google account. The power cord is a bit short. It has multiple different picture settings.

    Was a good tv for the price but died less than 2 years old. Still has audio but presents a black screen

    This television stopped working after less than 2 years. I tried to turn it on and I got a black screen with sound. I've tried all of the troubleshooting to no avail. I did a bit more research and discovered that a lot of customers have this issue and end up buying new televisions of a different brand. I guess I'm in the same boat. I do not recommend this television.

    Worst tv i have ever purchased, tv freezes more than it works very slow while navigating menu. Now 1yr later the tv has black screen and sound only. To make it worse i purchased geek squad protection tv went out sunday only appointment they have is next Saturday with a window between 7am and 7pm. Thanks bestbuy for making me wait a week and lock down my only weekend off.
