    It is a television with a very slow interface, it never really turns off, it goes into a suspended state,

    Great looking tv works great the google tv interface is great and the voice remote works good as well. the picture looks really good on the tv and seems to be much more snappy than my old android tv that just broke recently.

    Did not last long, screen stops working

    TV worked great for a few months, then all of a sudden stopped working correctly. No picture was displayed anymore even though you could tell it would still turn on. Unfortunately TCL customer service was also a hassle to deal with, and upon receiving a new TV in the mail, this one was cracked. Stay far away from TCL.

    The image is amazing and so is the sound, having it be a smart TV with google voice assistant is just the icing on the cake. 5 out of 5. (Way better than a roku btw)

    This TV started out great, and it was good for the price but after about a month, TV starting flashing on and off like glitching. When watching a show it will randomly do it. Called warranty numerous times and told them the issue, I even recorded it! All I was told is that I just need to “wait until the update”.

    I'm not happy with this purchase at all. I will not purchase this product again.The tv screen went black, performed reset protocol and it took 2 days for it to come back on. I also had to leave it on in order to watch and my husband turned it off and it never came on again.The blackout determined my opinion.

    Before purchasing I knew the television would be cheap. The visual quality is fine, however a few months into watching the television thats barely used, the screen went completely black. I was able to get another one under the year warranty. When that arrived, it was fine for the first 3 months and the screen went completely black again. Would never buy a TCL product again.

    Just Go With Roku

    I had the Roku version of this TV before but I needed another one, so this time I went with Google because I have so many other Google devices in my home. That was a terrible decision. This TV is incredibly slow and the picture/brightness is impossible to fine tune. There's so much more I can say about this TV but here's the gist: if you want a 50 in TCL Smart TV, get the Roku version.

    I purchased a 50 TCL 4k and it's the best TV I have ever had. I would receive Best Buys for anyone interested in purchasing anything at Best Buys they have the best customer service any one could ask for.

    You get what you pay for. The TV takes a long time to turn on, its menus are weird to navigate and the picture is noticably worse than my Samsung or LG TVs. Ive had this TV less than a year and it stopped working already, the screen is too dark to see anything. The price is appealing but not worth it if its going to go out in 10 months, save your money and get a better brand.

    Screen stopped working

    I bought this tv back in 2022 , it’s barely 2 years old and just recently the screen would just turn on black, no sound, no picture. Price shows the quality. It worked great before the issues arised. Very disappointed in the short lifetime of the tv.

    Unusable right after 1 year warranty.

    Unusable just after one year warranty. Screen will turn on initially and then go to black I am out of luck and stuck with a repair bill via geek squad that would equal just buying a new one.

    Poor Experience with this TV

    Within months of owning this TV it would pause randomly on me and restart. It got better after awhile but would do it occasionally. It has now been 13 months and the TV shows a black screen only. There is power to it and even noise, but no picture. Very unfortunate for a new TV.

    Will never buy TCL again

    We are on our second TV and it's died. We bought the first in July 22 and the screen died in April or May of 23. We got our second one through the manufacturer since it was less than a year and we are in December of 23 and the screen died on this one. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL
