Display already dead in less than 3 years

Avoid buying this brand. Don’t Be cheap like me and buy a better brand like Samsung or Sony. Worse money spent

Worst TV

The TV only has sound but no picture! The TV still looks new. And TCL will not cover repair cost due to the so-called 12-month warranty.

TV great - service not so much

My daughter was left at the door when I guess the guy that was helping us went on break as I went to get my truck. She was stranded there just inside the door. After 5 or 10 minutes waiting in my truck, I locked things up and started for the door. She finally appeared with I guess a customer that gave her a hand. Not great service.

TCL TV What A Diaster

New TV delivered from TCL in November 2022. TV stopped working again on May 9, 2023. I purchased a Sony TV on May 12, 2023.
