TCL TV What A Diaster

New TV delivered from TCL in November 2022. TV stopped working again on May 9, 2023. I purchased a Sony TV on May 12, 2023.

Do not buy!!!

There is no picture, and from what I've seen in repairs the tcon board goes out at a high rate. Not worth it.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Bad Choice

TV will come on for about 10 seconds then blacks out. Volume still plays, but no pic. Expect more than 1.5 years before issues. A big disappointment.
