TV great - service not so much

My daughter was left at the door when I guess the guy that was helping us went on break as I went to get my truck. She was stranded there just inside the door. After 5 or 10 minutes waiting in my truck, I locked things up and started for the door. She finally appeared with I guess a customer that gave her a hand. Not great service.

Bad Choice

TV will come on for about 10 seconds then blacks out. Volume still plays, but no pic. Expect more than 1.5 years before issues. A big disappointment.
