Great for kids room gaming

TV would not work, straight out of the box

The Geek Squad could not help as they said that they have many problems with TCL TV and suggested me to return it and choose a different brand.

Stop working after 3 months

It is no longer working, it keeps turning off on its own. Now it’s at the point where is won’t come on at all. Don’t waste your time buying a tv that will only last 3 months.

It’s incredibly glitchy, takes forever to load, freezes often, and if the lag time were any worse it would be going backwards.

Died at exactly 4 months

Seemed to be working fine until I turned it on and the screen died today. Sound works, screen totally black. Factory reset, nothing works. Bought the Best Buy extended warranty so I took it to the store. Best Buy refused to service it because it is larger than 42 inches in size. I now have to call a 1-800 number and take a day off work so a technician will supposedly arrive at my home and attempt to repair it in my living room. They don't tell you this when you buy the store warranty. Just take my TV and call me when you fix it. Don't buy this piece of garbage TV or their weird warranty.
