    TCL - 50" Class 4-Series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV. We bought this TV June 11,2022 and by September 2022 the coaxial had fell out and we have total tech support they sent TV to have it fixed and they said it was going to cost us more than $200 to get it fixed. They said we didn't it which was not true.

    Was a great tv for our bedroom, for the money. Recently the Home Screen flickers black to grey and I can’t control anything on the tv. I have to hard reset the tv and reboot every time I want to use it. Looks to be a common issue per my internet searches. I will be returning and getting a different brand. I really wanted to like this tv.

    Immediately Fried...

    Plugged it in to my outlet and a piece inside popped and fried. Had to quickly unplug it to get it to stop smoking. Was connected to a surge protector where I had my old TV that this one was replacing. Great thing is that I can't even return it. I had ordered it while I was away for work and went over the the return period.

    I've purchased several TVs from Best Buy! This TCL TV was recommended by the store employee and it was a horrible purchase. No matter what I changed the settings too the picture was horrible.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. Purchased this item on 3/35/2022 and less than 3 months later it already stopped working. Turned it on one day, and the screen was just completely black and would not do anything.

    Before 2 months, screen would go out Contacted manufacturer, took a long time going back and forth needing info over again. Started working better and now after 5 months picture steadily goes out

    Purchased brand new and 6 months later the unit is no longer functioning properly. The unit was lightly used in a bedroom, with no damage. Screen no longer shows images. Do not recommend.

    Poor build and screen quality. Light leakage be seen through the frame. Likewise ,screen quality isn’t that great. Poor grey uniformity, clouding and banding can be seen

    This television works great. It has no red, white and yellow wire connections so we had to get rid of our dvd player, and vcr, or buy connections. Otherwise I have no complaints. The picture is beautiful. It is completely responsive, and quite user friendly. I am in my 50's, as is my husband. I do old tech, he does nothing. He has been able to turn it on, and get to the fire stick to watch tv, with no issue. I had not a lot of trouble getting it set up, there is only one more thing I want it to do, pair with a Bluetooth, that I havent figured out, but haven't really tried hard either. Gaming on this screen is amazing. The sound is terrific. For the price we paid , I would say this tv is well worth it, if it last. We replaced my 15 year old Dynex, which worked great but I knocked over, with this, so I'd like to see 15 years out of this one.
