Great value

I definitely did not expect this. Picture quality is pretty good, All in all, based on what I paid $299 for a 55” this is a great value.

Unable to use USB port for my adapter converting SD card to USB although it works on on 3 other devices i own. Saving a channel favorites list for overair channels is an involved process. Great TV for price, live tv pause...meh
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice features, Google tv interface not as snappy as Roku interface on my parents TV, but it's still quick. The ONLY thing i don't like about it is what you have to do to pause live OTA broadcasts, you have to use the Google voice command on the remote to initiate the recording. Once it pauses and starts recording, you can use the directional pad to unpause/pause, fast forward, rewind, or stop recording and return to live broadcast. I wish they had put a play/pause button on the remote to do this instead.

Im used to a Roku platform but i was quickly able to navigate through with no problem. I love how when you find a show/movie it shows you ehich streaming service plays it. The volume on 28 feels like a full blown movie theather. I could go on and on. It's a must buy!

After a year of regular use, the screen goes off and never turns back on again! it wasn't covered by warranty also! don't waste your money on this.

Died in two years with very little usage

Went dead 12/22 after warranty was up Tv is perfect like new with hardly any usage While it lasted it was average to use , it did crackle a lot from the beginning but we thought it was the cable box acting up but maybe it was the tv all along . When it worked the picture and sound were fine Very angry and annoying

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Black screen in less than 1 year.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like many other reviews, this TV died in less than one year also -similarly about 10 months like other reviews, same problem- turns on but black screen. This is for my mother's nursing home and between managing her care and my work I don't even have the energy to go through the hoops TCL will give me to "replace" it. I would rather just not waste my time, and don't want to do deal with this again, so I'm just going to buy an entirely new tv.
