Screen died within 9 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 9 months of use, the screen has stopped working reliably. Within 10-30 seconds of powering on, the TV screen will go black while the audio continues to play. I’m currently in the process of working with TCL and Best Buy for a warranty. It has been a laborious process. I’ll be buying a different brand from a different store next time.

TV excellent - Instructions poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Technically TV is very good - could have a higher brightness level - very poor instructions/manual - had to go to YouTube to find out how to connect bluetooth headphones and also to get TV to open to my UVerse connection instead of TCL default

TCL support engineers have not provided an update in the 46 days the case has been opened. I do not recommend this set, nor this company.
