    Screen died within 9 months

    After 9 months of use, the screen has stopped working reliably. Within 10-30 seconds of powering on, the TV screen will go black while the audio continues to play. I’m currently in the process of working with TCL and Best Buy for a warranty. It has been a laborious process. I’ll be buying a different brand from a different store next time.

    Technically TV is very good - could have a higher brightness level - very poor instructions/manual - had to go to YouTube to find out how to connect bluetooth headphones and also to get TV to open to my UVerse connection instead of TCL default

    We bought a new 50" TCL and its clear, bright and sounds great! Wasn't sure how it would do being an off brand, but works great!

    Purchased January 8th, stopped working on January 29th and is stuck in a boot loop. TCL support engineers have not provided an update in the 46 days the case has been opened. I do not recommend this set, nor this company.
