50 inch Roku TV

I bought this last Wednesday and I’m taking it back tomorrow. Randomly shuts down and won’t turn on, remote won’t work even after changing the batteries, and just about 5 minutes ago it turns back on after spending **2** **hours** of trying everything I can find in the book and searching on YouTube. I’m so unhappy with this tv it’s ridiculous. Thankfully I kept the box just in case something like this happened because I’ve never heard of TCL before until recently. Didn’t have a good in store experience either. Unbelievably disappointed all around.
