DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO BUY BEST BUY WARRANTY

If you do research the reviews say they are good for the price, but BE CAREFUL. I bought mine and the display screen was defective, called TCL and they said it was not covered as it was an accident, I clearly stated I did not do anything beside lifting and moving to a different stand in the same room! Their customer service is TERRIBLE and they will not cover anything under warranty. GOOD THING Best Buy is a good company and actually tried to help me out but in less than 2 months I'm left with no TV!

Good TV but...

The screen is very clear except when you are not directly in front of it. If you are standing at any angle except directly in front of it it will look snowy and very white. Very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Decent but with some issues

This happened about a month ago.
