Save your money, TCL have not changed over years!

My LG and Vizio in other rooms no problems. Got 2 TCL'S 2021 thinking they probably worked out bugs. Nope..they lose connection A LOT, freeze up, stay stuck on 1 channel while you click on other channels and only hear one channel. You will be unplugging and replug to reboot. I have Vizio in other room running same time as Roku and Vizio never freezes (while Roku froze). However, Roku has a nice sharp color to it but this year I will throw away and get Vizio, LG, or Hisense.

Replacement TV turned out great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the non-smart Westinghouse 50", and the first one I received was dead on arrival. Best But was great to send a replacement, but the replacement turned out to also be defective. Instead of dealing with the 1-800 customer server number I called my local store and they brought me this TV as a replacement, and also picked up both of the dead TV's. This turned out to be a great set with crisp picture and great sound. My neighbor even asked what soundbar I was using!

It drops wifi daily It loses connections to apps It is Google so if you have Prime forget about ordering a movie It is slow You have to reboot it it weekly Did I say it drops wifi daily I’ll sell you my 70”

TCL has the worst quality and service ever!

Less than 2 months after buying a brand new flatscreen from Best Buy, it completely quit working. There was zero damage to it and now it is inoperable. Best Buy absolutely refused to help in any way and TCL is the most miserable customer service to deal with. Nobody is willing to fix this mistake and I will never be buying from either companies again.

Mine died within 24 hours and I don’t have a lot of time to hassle going back and forth with TLC.. I returned it and got a Samsung. TLDR Great value, your TLC might be a Lemon
