Overall a ton of features and the sound is plenty loud for such a thin product. It may not be the top of the line 4k, but it's an amazing value in which I cannot see paying 10xs this price for a marginally better picture.

Needed easy to use interface and ability to connect to some streamed content. One small issue is a way to connect to a web site for licensed content. For that we need to connect a computer. Minor inconvenience but would be better if there was a Roku app. Overall a good selection.

Bang for the buck!

Picture quality is really good and I have not noticed any issues with the wifi signal. I am able to stream 4k movies and shows from Netflix and Amazon Prime without any issues. Its amazing to see the budget brands now competing with top brands like Sony and Samsung. I would most definitely recommend this TV.

Great value for price. Picture quality is excellent - clear, vibrant and crisp. With 3 built in HDMI ports, makes easy to connect DVD player, PC and other peripherals. Again, quite satisfied with the purchase of these TVs.

Great TV. Could've been much better without Roku

I have used Samsung, Sony and LG before. I see so big difference in terms of picture quality in day to day observing. I'm a regular movie or TV watcher and this is more than good to me. I only have problem with the Roku. I some how feel this is very very out dated and TCL should replace all theirs with either fire TV or Android TV software.

I can hear it downstairs at time) & my son loves everything that he can watch on it. I highly recommend it. We are very pleased so thank you to the staff at Best Buy who told us to purchase it when we were asking questions.
