I was scared to get this brand of TV, but realize you should not always listen to what you hear. It shows really well and I haven't had any issues. I would definitely try this brand again.

This is a great TV for anyone who wants to use apps and have 4K. It doesn't offer HDR and has a bit of a dim screen. It is difficult to see with any background light. However, it looks good and it only cost $300 so completely worth the money.

TV is good for the price of purchase, good quality of picture not much of a difference with other TVs but the remote is horrible, you need to be at a 5 feet range in order to change apps or use the remote and it freezes at times.

We sold 2 old flatscreens (one is 5 years old, one 10 years old) that were servicable but not Roku or 4K, and used the money to buy this. GREAT choice- worked perfectly right out of the box and easy to mount.

Love this TV the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the picture quality. I use it in my den and it's a great TV for that room but it's not as sharp as the best of the best. The built in ROKU works great and has been very useful. You can't beat the price.

I never heard of this brand but then again when it comes to a TV price is the only thing that matters to me. This TV was a great price. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. It has a great picture. 100% satisfied so far.

I love my new tv. I'm a senior and had no trouble setting it up and enjoying it the first day. I had been waiting to get a larger tv for under $300 and this was perfect. The picture is clear and sound is great also. Thanks Best Buy!

We have been using LG TVs for some time and I noticed we had been replacing them within a year or so due to them going bad, just not turning on, etc. So we decided to go to TCL. WOW! Huge difference in quality.

I was not expecting much from an off brand. It replaced a smaller TV in the bedroom. The picture looked great, and the Smart TV features worked fine. We were going to buy a sound bar, but the sound was loud and clear enough without it.

Great TV. 4 k looks incredible, the built in Roku is much easier than using a plug in device to stream. As with most TVs the sound isn’t great but that is expected add surround sound and it’s an in-home theatre

Great TV set up was simple enough, however there is a little white at the bottom center. Could not be dimmed? So I had to return because it was annoying. Now have Samsung staff was helpful in getting it exchanged!!

Great TV. Has a really nice picture. Only thing I don’t like is that my dish remote won’t turn it on. I have to use the TCL remote To turn it on, along with my dish remote. Outstanding picture quality.

I bought this as a surprise gift to my niece and nephew. I hooked it up to their Xbox one, video games and streaming look amazing. I'm very happy with the purchase the TV was quite inexpensive for the quality.

All you need from a smart TV including clarity, sound connectivity in a neat package for a good price. If you are just using it in a guest room or your kids room or a play room this is all you need right here.

This 50 TLC tv works amazing. I was a little scared when buying it because my husband wouldn't like the brand and that it wouldn't last. Its just as the day I got it over a year ago. ZERO FLAWS at all

Increased size in kids room. 2nd one we have purchased in the last year as picture quality is very good and streaming services work great that come loaded on. Great value

Great value for the price. It is a little glitchy, and the volume will quit working from time to time. We just either unplug for a second or restart it. Good for the value. But not the absolute best.

We bought this for my daughter for her birthday. Very pleased so far. I've noticed that many newer tv's in this price range lack great sound. But this tv actually has great sound as well as a great picture.

For the price of this tv nothing beats it. It works really well and the picture is alright. The blacks aren't as deep as I would like and the HDR isn't as impressive as I hoped BUT for a sub $500 tv I didn't really expect it to be. If you're on a budget nothing beats what you get with a TCL.

Well is my first smart tv and I chose this brand because was the best reviews. I always had Sony never had problems,but I decided after 10 years was about time to get another tv and I thought this was the best.
