It needed repairs. It did run great for a long time. With and electronics that you spend a lot of money on you should have a warranty.

Product was as advertised. Was available for pickup as advertised & works well. Easy to operate! Only con DirectTv mini genie remote volume doesn’t work with the current OS, but TCL remote works fine.

This TV has been great. Able to sign in to all my apps and watch all my streaming services with ease! The size is good for my bedroom.

this set was selected to replace on that was damaged by a lighting strike through our cable connection. My wife commented that this set has better image quality, sharpness, detail, and color rendition than the set being replaced. This tv enabled us to abandon the cable tv connection, through which the lightning strike damaged the previous set and the associated cable box, since it came with Roku preinstalled. The only issue was maintaining the integrity of the wireless signal within the house which has been addressed by moving a wireless extender on the first floor.

Bought this TV for my elderly parent to watch YouTube.But it isn't easy enough to get into the program with the remote.I wish the remote has a button listed for YouTube then one push button with get to the program directly.

Bought this for my daughter for her new apartment to have in the living room. It suits her needs perfect and the built in roku makes it just what she needed.

This tv is a very good deal for the price. Picture is okay, not outstanding. Setup is a little difficult, but overall okay. My biggest complaint is soundbars dont work with this tv. Have followed all instructions to the letter, including their own web support page, and nothing works. Dont buy a soundbar with this set. Internal sound is okay. Still deciding if I'll return it.

pretty simple setup and operation. Good quality picture, only negative is the speaker/sound could be improved. Other than that it is a really good value.

This TV rocks. The apps are awesome. Color is top quality. Sound is great I did notice the volume changes how loud it is differently on some of the apps.

I got this tv for my parents and they love it. It’s easy for them to use and navigate. The volume is loud so they are able to hear it while laying in bed.

This all in one smart tv was an excellent choice. The picture and audio is good quality. I'm very happy with this purchase especially with the awesome price.

Got this for my 14 year old grandson and he was able to set it up himself in less than 1/2 hour. He uses it mostly for gaming, but said it works great for everything he needs.

sold on Roku and tcl tv's are very high quality for the outstanding price, ideally plug into modem for best stream but will want at least 100+ mb wireless to stream

TV is exceptional...good picture and sound Very easy setup for this not very technical person. The whole purchase and curbside pick up was great and simple!

I really like this TV. Set up was super easy. Paired well with everything. The legs suck. I cant imagine putting such a nice TV on such cheap legs. Plastic. Thin. Small. I don't feel like the TV is supported well.

Bought for a guest bedroom and being a 4k UHD the picture is really amazing especially since using wireless cable box on it. Got on sale so especially god value.

TV works great. If you use Roku and need a larger TV (assuming 50" is larger for you) this is a solid economical choice. Great picture. Good audio. Roku built in.
