Exchanged two vizio TVs with software issues and got this one! It was 50 bucks cheaper and works like a charm! It’s very easy to use and shows a beautiful picture ! At first I was skeptical because I hadn’t heard too much about this brand but glad I chose it! Best tv for the price u won’t be dissatisfied! Love it!!

We only ever purchase from Best Buy due to their customer service and no hassle replacement plans. This TV, regardless of the brand name, is top of the line. Can’t beat the price, beautiful colors and brightness. Paid $320 INCLUDING taxes and replacement plan. Can’t beat that with a stick! We have Sony, Samsung, and LG, and our Insignia beats all of them. I’m sure that this TCL will do the same. ROKU is so easy and the set up is simply plug it in, add your wi-fi pssw, and you’re ready to go. The remote is so easy to navigate.

So far I like it. Screen is good. Sound is okay. I have not gotten my sound bar to work yet but I have not spent any time on it. Good tv for the price. I am new to Roku but it seems good. Get the same channels as my old Firestick. Still looking for how to stream for free? But working well. Remote is weak and has to be spot on pointed at the tv to work. I have a better remote on order. So add an additional $30 for that. I like the remote and the buttons just not the infrared signal. I wish it were RF.

Great picture, great value, easy to setup and light weight tv which means you don’t have to spend much money on a wall mount that can support a heavy tv, found a good full swivel and tilt mount for $25 on Amazon. I will say they could’ve made the power cord another foot or so longer, I hung the tv on the wall and used cord cover and with my full range tv mount it can be an issue with the short power cord when you pull out the tv to max extension, this mount is 18”, and then turn it to an angle.

This TV looks great. the picture is very sharp and very clear. The colors are very nice and vibrant. Once down side is there are very few options to change the TV setting. you cannot change the picture very much. The menus are OK not the best. out of the box it is good so if you don't mess with settings much this TV is good for you.

My mom’s house is where electronics go to die. I’ve had to buy her 3 phones, 4 computers and two tv’s. I bought her this TCL after her other TV I bought her got a mysterious case of busted screen and broken coax port. This one is bigger and 4k, It’s great and easy for her to use. Got her hooked up to the internet and on my streaming channels, now she’s set, hopefully. Lol

You're not going to find a better 4K TV this size under 300 Dollars. Picture quality can look stunning at times, and the UI makes it easy to customize the picture settings. I recommend the "movie" preset with the brightness turned to 55, and the color turned up to 50. The colors are vibrant yet balanced and accurate, with deep blacks when viewing straight on. I wouldn't recommend using the HDR on this TV though. The panal doesn't get bright enough for it to be a worth while experience, and ends up looking worse than standard dynamic range in a lot of cases. Also colors suffer when viewing the panel from an angle. This isn't an issue for me because I use this TV for gaming in my bedroom, and so the TV is always facing directly towards me when I use it, but it's something to keep in mind for people who want this for a living room. There is also some "dirty screen effect" noticable on white screens and panning shots of skies for example, as well as areas near the edges of the screen that are lit slightly brighter than the rest of the screen. It's most noticable in menus that have a constistant color across the entire screen, and isn't something you'll really notice when watching content unless you really look for it, and it's nowhere near as bad as cheaper TVs that I've used. The screen also distorts even when lightly pushing in on the panal, so if you have kids that's something to keep in mind is the panel seems relatively fragile. for the price and the fact that it's 4k, it's heard to complain. The Roku functionality also works really well and is responsive and functional for all of my streaming needs. However I would strongly recommend going into the settings and tweaking some of the privacy and data collection settings turned on by default. Also GET A SEPERATE SOUND BAR OR SPEAKER SYSTEM. The built in speakers are abysmal. Even a 70 dollar sound bar or a decent pair of computer speakers sounds leagues better than what's built into the TV. There's also no component input, so I had to buy an adapter for my Wii. As much as I complain though, I really do like like this TV and strongly recommend if your budget is around $300 or so. If you want better quality and want to avoid many of my complaints listed above, spend another few hundred dollars on something higher quality. I'm happy with my purchase

I bought this TV so our daughter who's quarantining with us during Covid-19 could have her own TV and watch the shows she wants to. We set it up in our office that she is using for work while she's here. We do not have cable TV so the Roku TV was perfect for our needs. We do have Philo, Hulu, Netflix, and Pluto TV. We already had a TCL Roku TV in the living room so we knew the capabilities the TV has. Great picture, easy to use and affordable!

this TV is a very good value. The price is great, the TV itself works wonderfully, and the picture is super! I got this for my 13 yr old daughter for her Birthday, it was replacing an old 720 non smart tv, so she adores it. The built in Roku is great, we just added the Roku to our existing account and it automatically downloaded all the channels our others have. It is really good for games as well, and thats what its mainly used for...

I got this TV when it was on sale for a replacement for a small bedroom TV. I would highly recommend this TV looking for an affordable unit that wont break the bank. The built-in Roku is a great touch and has all the apps I would need to stream all our shows/movies. I am definitely happy with this purchase.
