Great TV So Far

But......the purchasing process with the brick and mortar location was an absolute nightmare! Management was unable or unwilling to resolve a very simple issue with the add on product. Or even have a number to corporate to assist in a resolution. Macedonia Best Buy needs to have a more aggressive training structure to train there manager’s to be competent and acknowledgeable. I can’t stress competent enough! Awful is a pure understatement.
