    awesome tv great features but there's only one huge problem. The remote sucks. A mind it really sucks. The volume buttons are loud. It clicks every time you put the volume up and down. Overall the TV is awesome but it needs a better remote

    Overall the TV looks good, but I bought it open box with the promise that all items would be included, but the remote was missing. I tried to call for help but there was no answer to the phone. So I guess the bottom line is buyer-beware.

    Easy assrmbly, quality picture, simple roku setup

    The TV setup and roku signup was very easy. A solid TV for the price. Not incredible in terms of picture and sound, but definitely well worth the money (<$300).

    This is our 3rd TV. It is everything we need. Not very costly. However, we are fairly simple folks. Was not looking for the very top end, expensive stuff, just that which fulfills our needs. These do so, wonderfully.

    TV works great, really like it however, the nest mini isn't compatible with the TV so it's kind of silly that it was packaged with it. We spent 3 hours on phone with tech support at different places before someone was finally able to tell us it wouldn't work with that TV... Putting in passwords is a pain though

    It was a brand we never heard of, so far so good. Hopefully it stays that way. We gave it to a family member as an upgraded to their dinosaur tv. After teaching them how to use it they loved streaming and the easy of using it

    I bought two of these: a 50’ for the room and 65’ for the living room. The tv works well but the remote to tv sometimes lags. My screen once looked like someone smashed it (which no one did) and then when I unplugged it there was no more issue. I’m just happy it works and plays my tv.

    The image quality is poor, but it works. The best part of this TV is the Roku TV feature were you can access to hundreds (thousands?) of free channels. The phone app also works great. Overall, it's a great buy for such a low price.

    Originally the TV was for my Mother's room. I thought the old TV wasn't working, but we got it to work. Now I will use the new TV in my bedroom but cannot hook it up until I get new carpet in. With this virus going on I have to wait. The TV was a good buy and I have wanted to get a smart TV,

    This tv is great for the money. Really enjoy the 4k and the upscaling for lower quality content is what I expected. The tv never fully turns off however. When the screen powers down there is still a faint glow that will never turn off regardless of what settings you change.

    The Picture quality when i use the PS4 is great and so is the television, but when i use the TV's built in apps like showtime or hulu it makes a blank horizontal line at the top ,very noticeable,and it gets big and smal randomly

    New Roku TV

    I love my new Roku TV. I did the entire order online and the Geek Squad delivered it and set it up. The Geek got all my streaming services set up in no time. It would have taken me all day. Great experience.
