Great functionality and for the price, the quality is amazing. I have an apple tv hooked up to it and for some reason video quality seems to be better running off the apple tv than when running through the native Roku apps.

I remember a time when good TVs were expensive, but now they’re a bargain. This TV has a great screen, the remote is simple, and the roku integration is a must have now a days. Can’t really say anything bad about it

Happy with this tv. Work great with no issues. However, curbside pick-up was not secure. I never showed identification or my purchase order. Said my name and clerk went and brought it to my truck and put it in the backseat. He said have a nice day and that was that....

We are so pleased with this TCL brand. We have previously owned this brand before so it was natural for us to purchase it again since we enjoyed it so much. We purchased two because the price was so amazing.

My son wanted a TV for his dorm room. So far he's been very pleased with it. It was very easy to set up and start watching right away. He watches mainly sports and plays a few games on it and has no complaints about the color or clarity. Bought it based upon other positive reviews.

I have no complaints. It has great resolution and I am able to do all the things I want on it, including playing on my PS4. Bought another one so that my fiance and I could play together on different playstations.

I bought this for my screened in room. The app makes set up very simple. I love that I can get my Comcast through it without a cable box. For a flat screen, the audio is better than many of my other TVs.

Soooo "Thank You" to the sales associate that helped me with this purchase. He was so nice and very informative and knew his "stuff". I appreciate anyone who will tell you the truth and not just make a sale.

We got this tv for our sunroom and have no cable hooked up to it. We love it because it's close enough to our wi-fi to use all the apps without having a direct connection, perfect for what we wanted!

Samsung! Looks and works great! The remote on the other hand is junk. Het a cover for it and never let it fall off the couch, it will stop working. The battery cover is also cheap and broke when trying to take it off to change out the batteries.

We had an initial issue with taking delivery of a damaged product, but they shipped a replacement immediately and everything went very smooth. The procudt works as expected and very well.

TV works totally fine for what I watch on there and I’ve never had any major issues with the tc and I would totally recommend this tv between every 8 to maybe 10 people that I run into

for only being a 4 series this tv has been just right for our application and with the TCL sound bar no more complaints about not being able to hear it, we don't have to turn volume as high.

The picture seems to be very light even with use of picture quality. The sound is awful but I have a sound bar. The price was good forvthe size. Next time I'll spend a little more for quality.

Not able to access YouTube or Samsung plus channels. The day TV was delivered the Geek squad set it up for me and explained how to use. After they left I tried to access Samsung plus and YouTube and couldn’t. Message comes up “Samsung TV plus is not available due to network problem. Check your network connection and try again”. Called the Geek squad back again the same day I got the TV but they weren’t able to rectify the problem. I don’t understand what the problem is considering I have another smart TV from Best Buy (LG 50”) that’s not even 2 years old and I’m able to access everything with no problem. I’m not a techie so I need some help and I don’t feel I should have to pay again.

The picture is good. I didn't know what I was purchasing when I bought this television. I just wanted a television for my home office, something I could get local channels with-nothing special. This television requires a paid subscription to 90% of the available programming. I am so tired of creating passwords, remembering passwords and being both surprised and disappointed when something I want to watch comes with a cost. Even viewing shows that originated in the 50's come with a cost. I hate it. I don't even turn it on. It's an unwanted vending machine.

The tv is great for the price but it makes you go on a website and make an account before it will activate the tv. I dont like that i didnt want an account

well it appears a great buy and to be honest I haven't opened them yet because their Christmas gifts. I can tell you the manger provided me with excellent customer service from a misunderstanding
