I bought this as a gift for my 80-year-old mother. I sent it all out for her, and it seemed to work perfectly. Then about two weeks later, all of a sudden she couldn’t get to her Comcast channels. By the time she called me for help, The TCL support line was closed for the day. I managed to Google online and saw that this TV has issues sometimes. I was able to find a solution that involved resetting the TV, but that was very difficult for my 80-year-old mother. We worked through it, but I am hoping very much it does not happen again. It is not a problem for me, but I live seven hours away, and it is not easy to use for someone who is not technically as astute.

This is a great TV at a great price. We went in with a different TV in mind but they didn’t have any in stock so we looked around and compared reviews online and decided on this TCL.

I purchased this tv for my birthday and couldn’t be happier with it! I love the apps and how I can control it with my google home device. I’ve had it for a month now and no issues so far. My daughter has the same tv in her room but 32”.

Good t.v. Good resolution. Good navigation. Kindve loud in the room. And not the best sound. All tvs need soundbars now anyway. Needed a tv, and this fit the bill at the price point. Just alittle under $300 with tax. Happy so far!

Very good and good for fun time to get to the park and play with friends and family and watch the kids and watch them out and play with friends in the center park

I couldn't think of a better place I could rely on but Best Buy! This was a surprise gift for my daughters new apartment! Ordered and went to pick it up in less than 2hrs.

This TCL was exactly what I was looking for. It has great screen quality and is more convenient having Roku built in as opposed to casting from my phone every night.

TLC . Is a good tv. No. Issue with at all. Would recommend this product to some else. I would buy other tv like this again. Best Buy did good job selling it to me.

Drove up they checked me in, I waited a short time they brought it out to my car, I drove off! I also had a return they got it from my car! Thanks for the safe experience!

This is a great value for money, especially with Roku built in. I've had the TV for about a month and I watch a lot of sports and have no issues with refresh rate.

VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. GREAT PRICE. I EVEN LOOKED AROUND AND COMPARED. LOTS OF ADDED FEATURES TO GET USED TO BUT ONCE YOU DO THEY ARE GREAT. WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.

Purchased multiple TCL TVs and they work really well with WiFi and running multiple programs. Newer apps are slow to be added to Roku so that is the only limitation.

Works nice. Roku interface is good. The legs are out towards the ends of the TV so a wide stand or table is needed. This isn't unusual as many large TVs are like this. Nice TV.

This TV is everything it says it will be, I should have looked closer at the specs for the HDMI Versions, change to 2.0 always for HDR windows but no control of brightness , contrast , gamma thru NVIDIAS CP even with 2.0.

We've enjoyed this tv and haven't had any issues to date. The integration with Roku for us was the driver since we cut the cords and have been Netflix and Youtube TV uses exclusively for our entertainment needs. Would purchase again.

This is our second TCL. I had purchased a 55" TCL for my parents previously. The image quality is great on these and the Smart features definitely make this a good purchase.

I am very happy with my new TLC 50" flato screen Smart TV. It has a great resolution nothing yo envy from great brands at all it's Wifi built del proud of my sise purchase.

After considering all of our options, it was clear that for our budget TLC had the best product. Nonetheless I personally prefer the Samsung platform as it's more user friendly.

I replaced my Insignia TV with this TCL TV, it's a decent TV for the price albeit I could have gotten the 55 inch from Wal-Mart for the same price I paid for the 50 inch, I liked the picture better on my Insignia.
