Great Value for a smart tv.. rocky is easy to use!!

Easy setup, beautiful color, at an excellent price

I went down in size for this tv but the picture quality is sooo much better than the 1080 picture on my bigger tv. Took it out of the box, put the legs on It, turned it on and boom it was ready to go. I bought it mainly for gaming and it’s great for that. I feel I got a GREAT DEAL for the price and quality.

I have had the TV for 1 month and for me in an apartment the size and quality of the picture is great. I bought it for the fact the Roku is built into the TV set and I do not need a seperate device since I do watch a fair amount of streaming versus regular TV.

Bought the 55 inch series 5 for my sons birthday, for his man cave. So when we wanted a new TV for our cottage, I thought I'd try TCL. It's an amazing TV for the money. Bright, clear picture. The smart system is easy to navigate. It has the best wifi receiver of all my TV's. You can't go wrong with this TV.

This is my 3rd TCL and all I can say is the series 5 TV is exceptional. The image is bright, crisp and beautiful. Even without a sound bar the sound it's very good. One recommendation that you should consider, order a replacement Roku Remote in order to add the missing mute and voice command buttons.

Great picture, good sound and really good style and price. Works great with Alexa for turning on/off, changing channels, volume etc. If you are on antenna you add a thumb drive to pause , rewind and fast forward similar to a dvr. Alexa adds super flexible alarm function, much better than any built in alarms.

The first one we got, which was ordered online we had to return due to sound issues and started turning off and would not come back on; the people were very accommodating in the return with no flack in the return. I wanted the same brand and model which they produced quickly and it works great. I was impressed.

I needed an upgrade to play the new FF7 remake. I did a lot of research and settled on this one. It has good latency and quality for the price and it’s the perfect size for my tv stand. I’ve had no problems with it and recommend it to anyone looking for a good gaming console TV for a fair price.

This is a fantastic looking TV. For the price, I’m surprised at how good this TV looks! The Roku interface is a little janky but it’s easy to get over considering the price. Picture: 8/10 Sound: 6/10 For the price, I recommend this TV! Hopefully it will last a several years!

The TCL 50" 5-series TV has a very good picture and it has sound which far surpasses my expectations. The ROKU interface has allowed me to eliminate multiple remote controllers and works very well. I am extremely happy with my purchase as well as the contactless purchase experience.

This is a very nice TV for the price. Some drawbacks, but acceptable for our needs. You can't see the TV very well from the sides, but we don't play it for an audience so not really an issue for us. Very nice for game room or bedroom where you're more apt to be directly in front.

Beautiful picture and sound Cannot get closed caption to stay on though it says it is “always on”. TCL thinks it is problem with Direct TV so still working on that. Hard for me as I only have 30% of my hearing and really need the words to understand what’s being said.

Greta TV at a great price. Love the Roku that is built in. They have lots of apps that can be connected to my TV provider account so I can watch without a set top box. Good quality resolution and picture. Decent sound but I have a home theater system so it is fine for me.

This TV is great for gaming, movies or just as a large monitor. I originally grabbed a 55in but it was too big. This 50in is the perfect size and solid upgrade from a 43. Tv looks great, specs are good and performance is smooth. For the price too this is a great option.

I'm enjoying my new tv. However I did not know that I had to pay $89 for a plan for the Roku that was a feature on the TCL tv. That was an unsuspected surprise. I also don't like the tv remote as it has no input button for me to switch to my other devices.

Dolby vision is great. An unexpected addition to be honest. Bought tv for size and price and OS. More than happy. Would recommend. Picture out of box is a little washed and bright for my taste, but that’s why we can play with the levels. Happy shopping.

We bought this for our basement family room. Works great. If you get off to each side the picture isn’t as good as watching straight on. The only adjustment for the picture is the lighting. I basically bought this because it had the built in Roku.
