Just purchased the 50" TCL 5 series. We set it up and it's great tv. It has nice picture and sound. Like the bigger picture. Definitely getting our money's worth. Only issue is didn't find a place to attach audio/visual cable foe a DVD player.

Our old TV stopped working and would have cost too much to repair. I went to Best Buy that night and this was on sale. For the money, it was the best tv they had. My only complaint is you have to use the TV remote to turn it on. The cable company 's doesn't work.

The picture is distinct/sharp. Sound is adequate without use of a sound bar. Only complaint would be that there is reflection when sun rays hit the screen.

I'm thrilled with this TV. It responds quickly, has a fantastic 4K display, ROKU and worked flawlessly out of the box. Highly recommend this one. I have a smaller series 4 version of this TV and am happy with it. The series 5 is that much better. Get one.

This was the biggest size we could accomodate with our furniture, and we wanted the built in Roku Tv. Reviews on other sites led me to choose this model site unseen (due to Pandemic/stores closed) and it did not disappoint. We are very satisfied.

I saw the remote without number buttons and thought this would be a problem. Actually it is not. The TV is used with a cable box, Netflix, Amazon Video. The simple remote was the biggest selling point to me and it has worked out very nicely.

TV was easy to set up and easy to add streaming services to the menu. Have had one incident where we had sound but no picture. Unplugging and then plugging back in took care of the issue.

This is a great upgrade from the samsung I have had for over 10 years. I did some research and ultimately let the Best Buy associate make the final decision for me. He recommended TCL so I went for it. It is a great purchase and I love having roku.

This is a bday gift for my wife, when she came home to see this big television in the living room she cried. It was an amazing buy. The quality and the picture is perfect. It’s not to bright or dark. This is an excellent gift. Thank you!!!!!

The sounds is great, doesn't sound muffled like some of these 4k budget tvs. Easy to set up and aside from the screen, clear picture. The screen is the issue. When I got the tv, I remember having to peel back an adhesive plastic that was there to protect during shipping. I think this adhesive left some wavy imprint on the screen that you couldn't notice at first but do notice at angles. Also, the screen is HIGHLY reflective, much like a mirror. So in addition to the content on the screen, I saw everything behind me on the screen as well, which was annoying. If they fix this screen issue, I might actually buy it again, because it seemed like a great tv other than that.

Great purchase so far! Beautiful picture and sounds great too! Never purchased this brand before so hopefully it will last has long as our Vizio which is still runs spectacular but we wanted larger size and this was a good deal!

Good picture quality. Great features. I have it connected to a TiVo, antenna, and dvd along with both free and paid streaming. Like the option of pausing live tv (though I don’t need it right now with TiVo). I’m happy with the purchase.

I love this TCL Roku t.v. It is very easy to use having everyday apps as a home screen. The colors from this t.v. are great and the resolution is sharp. I would recommend the purchase of a TCL t.v. to anyone out looking for a t.v.

Great smart tv with Alexa ! Use it so I don’t need a cable box as it comes with roku and xfinty built in! Quality is crisp and clear and can’t beat the price .. I use it for outside patio and the brightness is perfect (overhead cover)

In general easy to set up and use. I find the remote quite difficult to use in the dark but i'm use to one that illuminates. Other than that if works just fine in my bedroom.

This is perfect solution for my love of binging and wanting to cord cut. Very reasonably priced television. Liked it so much, we recently purchased 3 more! They've also made it easy to access local channels with an antennae,

This is definitely a great TV for the price. 4K TV with 4 HDMI inputs, and the picture is great. The only downside is the border around the TV is thin and looks cheap. Careful mounting it or moving it around.

This TV is amazing quality for the price. I got an open box model and the quality is great, but the aspect ratio leaves black bars on the screen for se of the newest netflix shows and disney+

I bought this TV for my garage. The picture is amazing and the price is even better. Love the fact I can use my phone as a remote. I truly am amazed at the features for the price. Would definitely buy this again!!!!

I've been trying to get this TV hung up in some way over the past couple weeks, and can't do it! It's a really great HDTV, and the Roku interface makes everything streamlined. It works great with movies, old and new. Some 4k stuff looks realer than my apartment, which is confusing, but I'll learn to adjust, haha. I don't know how well the TV speakers sound, as I immediately hooked it up to a Polk soundbar. On that note, the HDMI connection to the soundbar works way better than the optical port (optical didn't let me fully sync the soundbar with the TV remote). But since everything you need is really available via Roku, using one of four HDMI ports for the soundbar isn't costing you anything. Assuming this lasts 2 years or more, I'm definitely a fan of TCL!
