It had been 10 years since I last bought one. The salesman was very helpful explaining all the purchase options and types of tv available. I also purchased a install and delivery package which I was goad I did. The people showed up on time and answered all my questions about installation. They were very efficient and cleaned up all the boxes that had been shipped to my house.

Easy set up, easy to use - simple but great TV

We actually returned a TV that was so complicated and frustrating that our hair was standing on end. This has the apps we wanted, great screen brightness, color and resolution and it's just . . . easy. I know I keep using the words simple and easy over and over, but that's just what this TV is. We breathed a sigh of relief when we started using it.
