Poor Streaming

We have high speed internet but when we try to stream using the TCL roku TV it freezes and skips several times throughout the show/movie. It does this on several different apps and doesn't do it at all when we stream using our xbox one app hooked up to the same TV. So overall it serves as a TV well but not a streaming device which is part of the reason we got this one. Can't even return it now since we only had 15 days to return once buying and it just started having issues this week, not a happy customer. Wouldn't recommend this as a primary means to stream, picture is good if you only need it as a regular tv and have other means of streaming.
