Fair size tv & quality

Clicking noise

However, makes loud clicking noise when changing channels. Tried all solutions found on web, no success at all. if clicking doesn't bother you, buy it. Otherwise, it is annoying piece of crap.

ok for a off brand

odd its not as good as the 43 version

Worst TV I ever had.

But in end Worst Roku TV ever. 5.1 Surround sound worked till an update in first month of ownership . After that the sound was useless. It took me months to get ahold of TCL, left messages, emailed , no responses and then I was told by TCL was too long to get new set !! I returned after sympathy from Best Buy store Manager once they saw all my documentation of trying to contact TCL and all the headaches .. Roku is another one with too many updates that messes the established products in use already. I now have 3 USB units no longer working correct due to updates. To note I went thru 3 of these TCL sets and TCL had the nerve after promising a replacement to send a refurbished one that was worse than one I had for it did not work at all , no picture no sound, so no TV for another week while I went through chasing them down again. A real pain to deal with TCL support. Hard to contact hard to get local contractors to be on same page as corporate. It proves one thing , best to get an extended warranty through Best Buy and let them deal with corporationg.

He asked what I used my tv for the most and I told him Netflix and Hulu, etc. He recommended this tv for me. I have had problems streaming Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus shows on this tv. The picture on shows is like watching a rave on your tv. If I hadn’t thrown the box away I would take the tv back for different tv.

Don't waste your money.

Not Happy

The picture is not sharp all the time (seems to vary) and the color is spot on sometimes and then, without adjusting anything, it is terrible. Unfortunately, because Best Buy makes returns and exchanges so difficult, I will not bother and will purchase something else down the road.

Poor Sound Quality

Picture is great but the sound is horrible no matter which app you use or even the Roku Channel. I even bought the TCL Altos 6 sound bar to see if that helps but didnt change anything.

Another TCL tv in the trash pile

Constant problems with the screen dying, look online to see a million people with the same problem. This my second TV, other one had the same issue and finally died completely. Support will get you to spend an hour going through factory reset BS to “fix it” but when it happens and that doesn’t work your warranty will be up and you are SOL. Again, if you doubt me just google “TCL tv screen black”. These budget brands are awful, skip the Vizio/TCL and buy a Sony/Samsung. Better to pay a couple hundred bucks more for a tv that lasts more than a year or two than have to spend another 400 after a year and a half.
