I bought this TCL model to replace a 40inch TCL television purchased in 2016 which played 24\7 only time it was off was during a power outage. The previous TCL had exceptional picture quality I can’t say the same for this newer model that is why I docked it a star. Television is easy to set up right out of the box,smart features are easy to use. The remote is very user friendly. For the price paid it is exceptional television for the money. This is my second TCL .I would buy again and I do recommend.

I've had other 4K TV's but none have had the picture quality this 5 series has. the upgrade over the 4 series is well worth it, with a slimmer body, smaller bezels, a more glossy design, amazing colors and overall a great picture. This TV makes me think that my past 4K tv's weren't actually 4K. and for $350, it is a great price for what you get.

We have 5 TCL TVS in our family in different sizes. This one is the largest. Beautiful picture, easy to assemble,lots of apps.

I was skeptical after reading a few negative reviews on this tv, but I went ahead and purchased two for my children and....I am extremely pleased! The picture quality, color saturation, and ease of setup make this device an exceptional value for the price. The Roku platform is easy to navigate and fluid when switching between apps. I might just have to look for a larger TCL TV for our family room!

Very nice picture, very good price. The only quibble is occasional glitch when changing channes/service/stream.

I already had one of these in our family room. I love this tv. Excellent 4k picture with decent sound. Buy a surround sound system for the home theater experience. This is my second tv. I am a PC gamer and this has game mode with low latency, so gaming on it is great. I T also has Chroma 4.4.4 which makes reading on the tv sharp and clear. If you are a gamer, this tv won't dissapoint.

The picture is clear and the sound is great. It was easy to install and looks great on the tv stand! I am very pleased!

Picture quality is excellent, and for the most part this TV is a great value for the price. The only downside is it is a poorly designed remote control. It almost never connects with the power button (which controls every function) on the first try. Ironically, I never have these issues with my ROKU app on my phone. I also have been unable to connect with Alexa.

Purchased the TV for my grandson and he is extremely happy with the quality and clarity of the picture. Was easy to set up.

I bought this to replace an older model Sharp Roku Tv. Had a problem with the screen. I am very happy so far. The picture is very clear and crisp. It “warms up” much faster than the other TV, probably due to Updated, faster processors, etc. My only issue is the volume. It seems I have to turn it up much higher, compared to the other TV. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I bought Roku Sticks for my home because I started streaming because I wanted to get rid of my cable. My grandson tv stopped working I had it replaced with the 43 inch TCL Roku and when I set it up I could not believe how crisp the picture was. Well my tv in the living room stop working Wednesday I went straight to Best Buy and bought me the 50 inch TCL Tv and it doesn’t hurt that it’s a Roku product. So that means I have a extra Roku stick.

Perfect quality for basic television use. Easy to set up, was up and running In minutes. Happy so far!
