I have found nothing wrong with the television at all. The colour itself is far superior to the tv that I had, and there are no complaints. Television is my main source of entertainment so I am rather fussy but this has been an incredible buy. A friend suggested TCL based on my budget and I am so glad that she did. GREAT job, Best Buy, for great delivery and making this old lady happy.

This is a terrific TV for the money. At not much over $300 you get a quality you might expect from a more expensive TV. It has minor flaws. The darks seem too dark and you need to find the right settings not to find nighttime scenes just too dark to see. But the 4K is great, the HD 1080 is just fine. And everything is vibrant. Some don't care for Roku, but this built-in Roku system is great IMO.

It's easy to use it has great graphics and sound. It's easy to setup and to manage.

Have been eyeing the TCL 4k tv for awhile and the newest model is really bang for your buck. Excellent resolution and the viewing angle is not as bad as some reviews say. My only concern is the connectivity to wifi. My router is in the living room but there will be occasional network lags when using RokuTV apps like Netflix. Will have to try hard wiring ethernet cable to see if that resolves the issue.

Dead in 18 months...???!!!! I love TCL tv.s this tv was great while it worked But this model has been a headache and now it's dead and I have to buy a new one. First one lasted a week returned no problems from best buy swapped out The this 2nd one lasted 18 months from May 2020-Dec 2021 after Xmas so missed the sales and have to buy a new one full price!!!!! Screen is black with weird white lines then when you see a picture the bottoms left is just white and rest of the image bleeds white to black tried to reset again still back to black screen with white streeks Now I have no warranty and I have to pay for another TV that's been wall mounted and un touched and died this sucks...!!!!..??.!!

Out of the box and set up simple. Picture is perfect and controls easy to manage.

Ordered online at a great price. Very easy process. It was delivered in a couple of days. Setup was very easy. I already had a Roku Ultra which I no longer need since Roku is pre-installed. Was able to connect to my Wi-fi with no trouble . Picture is very good. Overall very pleased with the device , Audio is adequate though I may add a sound bar at some time in the future.

Been a TV snob for a while but for the price you won't beat this TV. With Roku built in you can get YouTube, Netflix etc.... (Basically any streaming platform) looks great for gaming. Sound quality isnt the best if you're an audiophile but not the worst either, but that's where a Soundbar comes in. Just with they left the RCA styled left and right audio out for speakers All in all GREAT TV

Compared to my older slightly smaller 1080p LCD, this tv has a beautiful, bright screen. The built in WiFi apps have been useful and easy to use. The remote can be a bit finicky needing multiple presses to finally communicate to the tv even with new batteries. There is limited functionality without the remote since there is only one front touch sensitive button.

4K quality is amazing. Easy to set up and use. Overall a good all around TV.

I was not familiar with this brand when I was tv shopping. After talking with the sales agent and reading other reviews; this is a solid TV. It was the price point I was looking for and has all the smart tv options I needed. This is a secondary tv in the basement for the kids and their gaming systems. I’m considering buying another for a spare bedroom in the future. I would recommend.

I could not be more happy with my purchased. TCL has a great picture and offers both HDR and Dolby Visor for HD viewing. The Roku interface is a little different from traditional tv. The picture quality is good for the price range and there are 3 additional hdmi connections. Would recommend the TCL to anyone on a budget who wants a quality television.
