Excellent picture, simple to setup. We are very pleased with it.

I've been enjoying it so far. In terms of 4k TV's below $400, it's top of the line.

Bought on sale for $300. First one had a dead pixel but the replacement I got works perfectly.

This TV is an amazing value with how it looks. I cannot comment on the sound as I have always used it with a Polk S2 soundbar. There were some issues with the Google OS, but the recent update from TCL completely fixed it and the television menus fly now. I use a Apple TB and in Dolby the picture is beyond excellent. I have this in the bedroom and a 55 in the living room.

So far so good with this TV. The software can be a bit laggy, but that is to be expected with software built into the TV. Picture and sound are good enough for me.

It would be hard to find anything wrong with this TV especially for the price. Make sure you follow some basic TV calibration videos to make adjustments to picture settings. The settings of all manufacturers are terrible out of the box. Sound is pretty good too. I removed my sound bar when I was setting everything up and didn't feel the need to put it back.

This tv is great quality. Good price for what you get.

I really like this TV overall. The image on it is great after you do a bit of your own tuning with the colors and brightness to your liking, the image will become amazing for the price point. If you can't stand any type of slow software, this may not be the buy for you, because I do face some lagging issues with it but I'm able to look past it and not mind.

for the price this tv is awesome. been daily using it on my RTX2080 and everything pairs together seamlessly. sad that it only has 3 hdmi ports and a single aux out, but for a budget home theater setup, this is the tv to go with HOWEVER, BEFORE YOU BUY THIS this thing is a thermo-nuclear space heater and gets so hot on the top half that you cant hold your hand on it for long. i have a small stuffy room and i notice a difference after a beating on it for a few hours. If u already have this tv go into netflix from the TVs OS and watch bladerunner 2049 in 4k you will not regret it

Tv picture is avverage at the best, sales person did explain i should think about spending more to get a better picture before buying i should have taken his advise.

Excellent tv. 1.5 years later still going strong and fresh

Although this TV certainly is 4k, even with all the settings changes available, and all the claims of colorspaces supported, etc. the color quality (gamut) on this TV is just painfully poor - after you start noticing it it becomes practically unwatchable. Additionally I find the contrast pretty bad, often the color black is more like gray or you get weird visual artifacts of blobs of gray in darker scenes. I purchased this TV because a few years ago I bought one of the 50" 4k QLED TCLs for the bedroom and wanted another for the living room. However it's clear in the years between they clearly changed their panel technology at some point. And for the cheaper, not the better. Won't be buying TCL again. One last note - the TV sound speakers are painfully bad and if you use the native Google tv installation, for certain Dolby Atmos movies the TV intentionally prevents you from using external speakers (supposedly to preserve the intended Cinema experience) so you're stuck with those awful speakers if you want Google tv, unless you shell out an extra $60 for an HDMI dongle.

Great picture and great price happy with my puchase

This is a really good tv for the money. I think the interface is good. It can be a little laggy sometimes I will admit but it’s nothing worth truly complaining about. Very bright display. I typically use the “vivid” setting. I thing all the colors look amazing, and for some reason, red hue looking exceptionally good. It’s also great for gaming. I have a PS5 and have no complaints and works well with any game. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the built in google assistant doesn’t always respond to me when I say “hey google”. Otherwise, I’d recommend this tv to anyone!

I have had this TV for close to three weeks and have been pretty pleased. It's all-around solid. I was able to get this at $420 and doubt that there are much better options in this class at this price point. I would rate it closer to 4 1/2 stars, knocking off some points due to having to make a few adjustments out of the box to fix the picture quality. There have also been some minor hiccups with responsiveness randomly, but it seems that these may be due to issues with specific apps (e.g. HBO Max). Once adjusted and updated, everything more or less performed beautifully.

after having the TCL class 4, I went with this class 5 because it gets brighter. The picture is also sharper and more colorful. IMO, I say buy the class 5 and you will be satisfied the 1st time. I have not experience any lag either. Speakers are ok, but I'm using a soundbar because I have it.

Great vivid colors and a hoot quality for the price.

Love this tv!! purchased it after the led burnt out on my old lg tv. The picture looks so good it feels like I’m in whatever show/ movie I’m watching. Even has a gaming setting which makes my games look beautiful! I have it hooked up to a sound bar but the sound quality of the tv is great too.
