    I couldn't get the colors adjusted to my liking. Was a great price for the tv, Not what I expected. I returned the tv.

    Decent for gaming. Not so good for tv streaming. People looked washed out and tv cant process facial details.

    Image was coming and going after 10 days, it started to shut off by itself

    Very slow and poor Google TV integration

    It's just a really slow tv. Takes forever to turn on, and you'll turn it off and on three times while trying to turn it on. All screens load slowly. Wifi connection seems to have issues. Google TV just isn't quite all the way integrated. Google TV is a great product. But the integration isn't there. Casting to the tv is slow and clunky. But the screen is nice.

    Don't buy this lemon!

    Worst TV ever purchased. The TCL implementation of Google TV can't stay connected to the internet. Turn it on and hope you get the main menu. Then select any app and you will certainly get the buffering spinner, and likely never launch the app. If an app does launch, expect constant buffering as the TV says "lost connection". I fixed the issue 100% by connecting a Chromecast Google TV 4K to an HDMI input. So this is not my home Internet issue. This is a TCL / Google TV OS issue. TCL says they fixed the issue with a recent update, NOT!! Don't buy this lemon.

    I mean the TCL tv was ok. I will still have it if disney plus work on it. Google tv is pretty slow if I have to say. The tv have a great screen after you get the screen settings right. And like I said Disney plus just did not work. I try everything rest, deleting the app, unpulging it, you name I try it. Call disney they couldn't help me. After that I was done. TCL great tv , could try a liitle on google home. What a disappointment. Hopefully it get updates to fix the problems.

    The TCL 5 series is an awesome alternative for those who want to spend a little less. The colors and hdr where awesome. The tv lacks hdmi 2.1 features but has a cool gaming mode. Google tv is still clunky on these tvs, so it isn’t as fast as it should be. The only disappointment and what prompted me to return this tv, was the 8 watt speakers they went with. A sound bar is almost a must for this tv

    I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER ORDER FROM BEST BUY. THEY CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH TGE DEMAND IN THEIR PRODUCTS NOR CAN THEY KEEP UP WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!! THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO COME INSTALL MY TV TWICE AND DID NOT SHOW UP BOTH TIMES. THEN WHEN YOU CALL TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED THEY ACT LIKE THEIR LOST CONFUSED AND STUPID

    Great TV, difficult to disable internal speakers.

    Great quality image, great price. A warning: On the Google TV setup there is no way to disable internal speakers. I had to hook up an apple TV and split off the audio to my stereo. This might not be the case if using an ARC. Internal speakers are not very high quality.

    HDR settings don’t save

    The HDR10 picture settings reset every time the tv is turned off and on. This renders HDR10 content unwatchable because of the video processing that’s enabled by default.
