Very good 4k TV with impressive picture and color right out of the box. Tweak the picture settings just a bit and you're good to go.

Television has a great overall picture but needs some adjusting to get the personal preference. Easy to set up and program. Doesn't have the best sound. Roku is easily set up.

Great picture! Easy to use Roku platform a plus. Blown away by the local dimming and contrast. Definitely a bang for the buck tv.

I have being enjoying my TV for a month already, and the most I like, it is the image. Its so clear, and sharp, and the sound is excellent. It let me enjoy a clear sound even on low volume. Also, I like the fact that has some many apps that I downloaded once I connected to my home WIFI that I don't need to think on having extra contract with a cable company like Spectrum. The size was perfect for the space in my entertainment center. In overall, it was a good choice for my family room.

I tried to get this tv connected to my Wi-Fi. Went to Network and hit setup connection. Everything looks good except I can’t get YouTube, PragerU, etc to load. The error message I got was that the Internet download speed was 1 Mbps. This TV was sitting within 2 feet of the modem. I have a TV in the very back room so I checked the Internet download speed on it and it’s a 9 Mbps. The download speed off the Roku TV in the kitchen is a 9 Mbps. A week later I’m still not able to watch the Internet. I made an appointment to have someone come out and check the TV. A day or two later I called the number at the very back of the book that comes with the TV. I called and the lady on the other end of the line talked to me and asked me a few questions and when it was over my Internet download speed had increased to 2 Mbps and I was able to load YouTube and some other stations. I called and canceled the appointment because I was getting a picture. Whomever was notified to come fix my TV was not notified of the cancellation. He called me to let me know that he would be here soon and I told him that the appointment was canceled. The Internet download speed on this TV is now 3 Mbps. But has never been higher. Why? I have been able to watch most of what I wanted to watch. However, sometimes there is wait for something to load and sometimes it just doesn’t. The picture is clear and the sound is good, but I would not buy this TV again.

Excellent bedroom tv (50”). Only thing I adjusted was the smooth motion setting that causes the “soap opera” effect since it’s on by default. Excellent picture at a reasonable price, I can’t speak to the speaker sound since I connected a Sony sound bar to it. The smart apps...sigh, light years faster than my lg 65 inch in my living room but I’m picky when it comes to remote responsiveness and while it’s more responsive than the my old entry level lg 4K, it doesn’t match a standalone roku ultra. I am an xfinity customer so I will use the tv for the streaming app to prevent paying for boxes in all my rooms and connect an Apple TV 4K for the rest of my apps.

We are thrilled with this television. The picture blows us away every time we turn it on! Easy set up and Roku worked perfectly!

The picture is clear. Sound is good. Plenty of inputs for everything you would need. And the price is right. Not to mention that the protection plan allows for tech support to come to you. With these fragile screens, you don’t want to take it back to the store if anything went wrong. And by the way, I have bought 7 TCL televisions for my family and myself. All of them have worked flawlessly over many years.

I love this tv. The picture quality is amazing. I bought it as an open box item and can't believe how nice it is for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Very reasonable price for a QLED set. The Roku is very convenient and easy to use. THe TV has deep blacks and great color.

I would highly recommend this TV for its price range. The QLED picture looks great. The only minor thing I can say is there is slight lag in the menus when switching between applications. This is however a very minor gripe and it would not prevent me from purchasing this TV again. If you set your expectations considering the price, you're getting more than you pay for compared to the other television at this price.

Really happy with this TV, especially for the price. Picture quality is nice and crisp - I had been concerned about brightness, and although I can tell the difference between this and higher end models, it's bright enough that I can enjoy content just fine. I find the Roku interface to be simple and pretty easy to use, and I especially appreciate the built in AirPlay and Chromecast functionality.

Great picture and easy to use. Cut the cord recently and bought this for my elderly mother so she would only have 1 remote, works great and she is enjoying it.

The picture is great...but, the sound is awesome. You can adjust the sound to “speaking”, which eliminates the sometimes overpowering background noises. It is so much clearer than our previous television sound was.

Great picture quality and the Smart TV/Roku features are easy to use even for a technically useless individual like myself. Super value for the money.

Great picture quality, serves its' purpose for me. My only minus for this product is the remote control. Small in size, and with the volume, mute controls on the right hand side, I find that I'm always hitting them when I want to power off, or main screen. So I don't use it right handed.

Glad to buy this TV! Surprised how good the color turned out to be. Resolution is amazing! For the price, it is more than worth it. No regrets! I had SONY and SAMSUNG before but this is not far behind in terms of quality! Never heard of this brand before but this made a mark to me. I would definitely buy this again or never hesitate to recommend it to my friends. If you’re reading this and still not decided to buy this tv stop and just get it. You’ll be glad! Guaranteed!

It was a gift. The picture is super clear and the contrast is great. It takes some getting used to but all the typical streaming apps are there and, after a bit of internet research, was able to figure out how to connect my cable box. Not loving that I have to use 2 remotes to access my cable box features, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
