A great tv at a great price

Picture quality is outstanding and the only time you will say anything negative about this product is when you are in the store and compare this tv to tv’s that are double and triple the price. On top of all that the bevel around the tv is almost non existent so the picture looks even bigger. You won’t be sorry you bought this tv.

Picture is gorgeous, you'll need to adjust a few of the setting or else everything will look like is on hi-def videotape. the Roku version is fairly recent, but I added an external Roku Premier to it, no issues at all running 2 Roku's. Internal speakers are a bit weak, but that's easily fixed. 4 HDMI outputs, 1 of which is an HDMI ARC. plus optical.

Flawless Customer Service

The sound is quite good but I strongly suggest a Soundbar. But the best part of this purchase was the actual Sale. He was Informative, personable, professional and generous with his time and knowledge. I have plans to upgrade all the TVs in my home and wouldn't dream of dealing with anyone else to do so.

I personally have had experience with TCL before this and have had no problems with them at all. It's easy to setup and get going however, we did not setup any smart features as it is a TV for an older lady who has no use for anything more than to watch TV. It gets loud enough for her to hear it as she is hard of hearing as well. The picture is cruel and clean with good color right out of the box.

Great price for new gen consoles

It is true HDR 4K and PS5 looks great. I am deducting a star because it does not have Bluetooth which is insane that you can’t listen to tv with Bluetooth headphones. Also, the internet is a little spotty and sometimes just doesn’t work

Impressive picture quality

The QLED picture quality is impressive, however the colors fade noticeably when viewed at an angle. The sound quality is good and works great with my Samsung sound bar. I'm a fan of Roku and the remote is simple and easy to use.
