Ok. Easy to set up, clear picture. Easy-to-use apps.

Definitely one of the best TVs on the market. The fact that this TV can be controlled with the Roku remote app is mind boggling to me. I no longer need to find the control because it’s my phone now. The speakers on this thing are incredibly loud if you like that. The screen size and quality are both amazing too!

Easy to set up and has a great picture. One drawback is the amount of reflective glare from a window, at least when compared to our twenty-year old LED that we replaced. I only considered Rokku TV's when deciding what to buy. The images are super sharp and present a scene that seems to be three-dimensional.

Exchanged my S535 2020 model with this S555 2022 model because old model has flickering pixels. A great budget TV especially if you're new to the 4K experience. Loving the user interface of the Roku OS and is very responsive, has tons of apps, and free channels. Also great for gaming with my PS5.

The TV is everything I expected, and was easy to operate, easy to install. Good sound.

This TCL 50" TV sometimes displays an amazing picture. The black levels are excellent, though sadly this results in a significant loss of shadow detail. The HUGE problem I am having is with the Roku aspect. I have been trying to activate Roku for DAYS and I am not getting the promised "confirmation email". I have tried three different email addresses DOZENS of times, to NO avail. I finally got a confirmation email this morning several hours after my last attempt. Problem is: it expires 30 minutes after they send it. This is incredibly frustrating and, after some searching, it appears to be a common problem. It's too late for me to return this set. I'll try Roku agin, but I am not optimistic.

Don't think you can beat the picture for the price. I'm very pleased with this product. The store was great as well, I returned my initial purchase due to what I thought was a defective remote sensor. They gladly exchanged it for me. Turns out it was another remote of mine in the room causing the issues.

TV has done well. I have had 4 TCL's and 1 lasted about 18 months before the screen died, the others have done just fine including the one I just bought. The remotes on the TCL's are the simplest and therefore the best for someone that only watches TV late at night before they fall asleep!

We're very happy with the 5series TCL 50". Great picture quality at the price. Very easy to setup and use the Roku. Enough screen size for our average living area. Fits perfectly at top a 48" cabinet.

This is t their top of the line but it ha da better refresh rate and game mode for my newly acquired Xbox Series X. The TV flips in the game mode automatically and has high dynamic range in the colors look better than my last TV I was using. And I couldn’t beat the price

The full array and QLED on the 5 series equals a stunning picture. As added plus, TCL has Roku built-in with excellent channel selection for cord-cutters. I recommend this purchase, you will not have buyer’s remorse.
