Awful TV + Awful Warranty + Awful Company
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer beware!!! This is the second TCL product that I have bought in the last 3 years. Clearly there has been some significant drop in quality as this product was purchased 3 months ago (July 2022) and the screen now has a giant white bar across it. After some research it appears my only path towards fixing or replacing the tv involves sending it in to TCL for repair and from what I have read, I am apparently liable for shipping and ensuring the package arrives intact? How about you provide me with a product that works?! Thanks.

Good Value for Mid-range 4k

What an upgrade! Set-up was a snap. Interface is easy to navigate. And the picture ... outstanding. Resolution is a visible improvement when gaming and streaming. An excellent value for mid-range 4k set that delivers.

Constant issues with Hulu and Disney+

I seriously regret this purchase. It worked fine at first but the past couple of months I have had CONSTANT issues with Hulu and Disney+. It won’t play anything, give an error code, freeze, or play one episode then give a black screen instead of playing the next one. I have to constantly restart and even that only works half the time. I have checked the software, done the usual fixes, and still having issues. Note that I have a other Roku tv that has zero issues, so it’s definitely this particular brand and model. It’s too late to return it, so I’m stuck with this $600 TV. Two stars for picture quality, but highly recommend running far away from TCL as a brand.

Only have used it a couple of times and very happy with it’s performance. Assuming will continue to be the same as previous one.
