I love this tv, but after two days occasionally when I try and turn it on it gets stuck on a black screen and I have to unplug the tv from the wall to unfreeze it. If it worked properly I’d rate this 5 stars as the picture quality is excellent, but it seems too early for stuff like this to be happening. Maybe I just got a dud?

Picture is good motion is terrible everything is like broken up in pieces also tv resets itself if you go back or forward to fast and you miss parts of what your watching until it comes back on you have to watch the TCL RUKU SCREEN until your tv comes back on

We have new problems with our Dish Service. For one example: 1) Can’t get our Bluetooth Soundbar to receive a signal. We were on phone with a Dish Tech for a good long while, trying to get it working. It worked well with our other television ‼️ It’s a big pretty picture. We are really blessed to have it.

Really a very nice TV for the money; and a ROKU TV to boot! You will not go wrong with this tv. Perhaps could be better on adjusting brightness and contrast for the most demanding viewer; but to everyday viewers, excellent

Everything as advertised, but I was told it had voice command, not on this one. Every time you turn on TV you have to choose input which is annoying because I mostly use my cable box and cable remote.

Exvellent service for an excellent TCL flat screen smart TV at an excellent price all in the middle of a pandemic. The staff is amazing & very, very, helpful. They go above & beyond for the elderly, thank you.

I love this tv! my only small complaint is sometimes when you go over to live tv from the menu, it says no signal and takes a minute for it to connect before it switches over. Other than that, I love this tv.

Only giving it a 4 star because when you turn it off at night there’s a white light at the bottom of the tv and i like to sleep in pitch black darkness it honestly disturbed me but I’m getting used to it

The TV is pretty good. Had a problem with the first one as it was damaged when we took it out the box and plugged it in. I took it back the the exchange was easy and smooth. No issues with the replacement.

The TV is great and the delivery was on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, please and very helpful in giving us the information we needed for the new TV. All in all a great experience.

The TV is just what I wanted. The staff was helpful when I had to take it to store and check it out for me. The box had several holes in it and I was concerned it was damaged. But it wasn’t.

Purchase went well all products up and on line. Best Buy installation of my 85" Sony TV by Magnolia or the Geek Squad was excellent (Gino). I always purchase at Best Buy and will continue to do so.

Really love this TV, my only drawbacks are that I have it in my bedroom and it has a light that is way too distracting for me when the TV is turned off., and it isn’t as energy saving as I would have liked.

The tv is great no complaints. However purchased as store pickup same day guess their inventory was not correct had to wait till it got delivered. That of course was not the plan.

Really the best bang for your buck in this price range. The colors are surprisingly well calibrated from the factory, don't waste your money on BB display calibration

It’s a solid TV but if you want real quality your gonna have to spend more, you get what you pay for. I still feel like I could have got a bigger tv with same quality for about the same price. But I don’t regret buying it.

I have bought several tvs at best buy this is a good tv. I have spent a lot of money at best buy. But I will not be back. My honesty was queston by one of your employees

The picture quality is decent. I mainly watch movies in the night where the experience has been satisfactory. I have noticed slight shimmers when there is a fast paced scene and you can notice blurs around the subject at times
